I haven't received any packages yet-but the staff are nice and helpful.
The address was easy for Google Maps to locate and picking up my package took 3 mins.
The sign up process is intense, but probably necessary for security. Couple with different last names was very complicated and had to call for help. Then only one of us actually got a confirmation. Had to call the actual facility and was told it was corrected.
We have only received 2 pieces of mail but seems to be working.

Generally, we advise that you use the 'Schedule a Pickup’ feature when you want to pick up mail, whether with the app or from your computer. By doing this in advance, the mail center can get your mail ready ahead of time. That helps the mail center to be more efficient and saves you time.

The USPS requires the Form 1583 be completed, notarized and filed with proper IDs. This is required in order for the mail center to accept mail on your behalf. If they are not completed, you will still be able to use the address for your business without the mail function. That is why your account was charged, whether or not you file the Form 1583. Many customers use our addresses this way.

Process for adding a spouse was not working and could not do so after several attempts. However, there were no issues getting the system to work for an individual user

You should be able to add another person to your account. To add another person, you will need to send in another notarized Form 1583 and a copy of two forms of ID. Once this is done, we will be able to add that person's name to your account.

We highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable. Answer: If you have a tracking information that shows the package was delivered to the store, then first step is to work with the store to confirm receipt and look for the package. If that does not work and store claims they never received or can't find the package, then you need to consult with the iPostal1 Customer Service team at service@iPostal1.com about next steps.

Thousands of customers have used our service to register their business or for their DMV needs. However, in Oregon, Missouri, Washington State, and California, we suggest that you check with government agencies to determine what you can or cannot do with your virtual address. For banking, some banks or credit card companies may not accept transferring your address to your iPostal1 address, so best to check with them ahead of time.
