It's been a couple months, and everything is performing well. It works from Ecuador but do not send it directly, because CorreosdelEcuador is about to close. Find someone you know to send it by DHL.
I had a great experience with ipostal so far, I can see what letters came and chose to deliver what I need and I can get them when needed.
I moved over to iPostal1 in utter frustration with poor service from my local USPS. The extra cost is well worth the services provided. I am very pleased. Thank you for making my life easier!
I like their services. It's a great experience. You can arrange to have your mail sent to you and they do it right away.
The service has worked well and any personal interaction has been great. Both web UI and native app are a bit clunky and non-intuitive, but they are getting the job done.
Just for security reasons I didn't want my actual address put on any social media (or anything else) as my business address so ipostal1 is the most cost effective system out there for something like this.
IPostal is amazing. It makes it so that I have one less thing to worry about when it comes to my business. I have such an ease and hassle free mail option. I am notified if mail is there so I never miss important business mail. I recommend this to all small business owners.

Not too pleased. A little expensive to forward mails. The mobile app is a waste of time, cause have to keep going to website. Have to keep calling ipostal1 to get things done.

We are pretty happy with our services. Most of the time there is a delay in the mail, but nothing critical. For example, we may ask for something to be sent 2-day but we'll actually receive it in 3 or 4 days. This is a much better experience than what we had with our previous mailbox so we are pretty happy about that.
My address was changed unexpectedly in less than a month of signing up for the service and as soon as I finished updating my business address on all my business accounts. I lost all mail items I had received so I contacted support to ask what happened. I am very please with how they have handled situation and understand the situation is outside the company's control due to pandemic.
Good product that does what it says it will. Simple to use. Works for my purposes.
I like receiving notifications which let me know that I have mail and how many items. Al is very efficient and the wait for my mail at the store is very short.
I used another service prior to this one so I know what a good service looks like. The first 2 scans I received were cut off and upside down and the interface is not very user friendly to select scans or viewing. I cancelled after 2 months.

Sorry about the quality of the scans you received. We work closely with our mail centers to maintain quality standards and will follow up with them to fix this problem.
We upgraded our app this year and are currently working on an upgrade to the online digital mailbox interface, so finding the scan request button will be easier. To view a PDF of scanned mail content, all you have to do is click on ‘View’ next to the mail item in your inbox.

Requests to forward mail should be handled the same day if received by 1:00 PM and the carrier has not already made the daily pickup; otherwise within 24 hours. If a forward mail task is made in the afternoon it will likely go out the next day, adding one day to your delivery.
