I paid for blacklist unlocking along with expedited service and never heard back from them. I also emailed them twice after never receining any contact from their techs, using their online form and included my payment link and order ID as required but just like all of the others on here who have reviewed them with 1 Star, they never responded to me at all, other than supplying me the information that my phone was BLACKLISTED, which I already knew. I paid them to unlock my iPhone 14 and they only provide me the same information you can get for FREE on dozens of sites. TOTAL SCAM!
Purchased and Paid for iPhone Unlock Service. It been 10 days now and still NO respond or solutions. Contacted vendor via website Dashboard twice and also email, but still got no respond. Need a refund if services are not honor.

I paid a week ago and received a confirmation email. Waited a few days and received no information about how to remove my iPhone from the blacklist. Sent a follow-up email 4 days ago asking how long it takes and still no response. Pretty sure I've been scammed.

We paid for 2 separate services from them. The first that was only 19.99 was done very quickly and to our satisfaction. Then we requested the second service that was 199.00 feeling good about it. Then it began. We were told it could take up to 45 days to complete. When I reached out to customer service after 30 days for an update I was basically told if you bother us it could take longer. No well over 45 days and nothing has been done. They have now stopped responding to my customer service inquiries and are ghosting me. Do yourself a favor and stay away. I will be requesting a full refund for all services and hope I do not have to take it further than that.
It's another fraud! The service couldn't unlock my phone. I can take that. But the worst thing is that I'm waiting for a refund more than 2 months. And nobody is answering my emails.

After a long wait i can assure that this webpage is a scam that just takes your money and walks away with it! I requested the unlock to be "prioritised" and guess what? Nothing happened! I requested a refund, and still nothing happened. Their service just keeps getting worse, now the log says that there has been a response from their side 5 hours ago when the last message is the one i sent 12 days ago!
