First they said only 28 USD after 2 days again 42 USD for final payment and total 70USD i paid after 2 days they are saying can not unlock my device and we have to choose premium service and need to pay again 90USD to remove unlock so my device is iphone6s so their service charge more than device value and i requested to cancel order and refund but never they didnot replied to me and this games only earn money without their any effort

Just had my money stolen by them. It's been 8 weeks since I placed the unlocking service, the first day you you place the order they tell you this is a deposit of $19 to check if they can unlock the phone. Then they send you an email that it can be unlocked just send an additional $147 they say 100% able to unlock. Ok sent them the $then they have this unlocking progress circle which took a week to say 100% complete, then they tell you that they are chasing this imei and need more time. Ok terms are only after 30 days if not unlocked you can request a refund. 31 day I emailed them and I emailed them 5 more times the next 2 weeks. Not one response back as if they they know they screwed me. Now I email Nochex (their processing company)they give me the run around treatment but at least they email me back and tell me to deal with iPhone imei they are telling me that iPhone imei. Net says that Swappa blacklisted phone I checked and Swappa did not black list phone
Lies lies this company is still not giving me emails responses to tell me about any issues as though they have an answer to people requesting refunds from Nochex the bs answer is no. They don't contact me direct why. Swappa said phone ready to activate clean imei
They should have told me when they stole my initial $19 checking deposit that they can't do the job. But they are thieves
They only can unlock phones tha a consumer can unlock by themselves sounds like little children are running this company if it's legit
Do not use them if you are smart. There are other companies with addresses and phone numbers listed that are legit
Also Nochex is protecting them on the scam
And they are paying for good reviews on trust pilot nasty but swift

I don't know why this company has a rating of 4 stars. They must either pay people for positive reviews or have a lot of bot reviews whatever the case may be I am here to tell you guys NOT TO GIVE UR MONEY TO THEM they are Simply a scam. I tried using their services as a test for my purposely locked iPad and put this possibility of icloud unlocking to the test and of course it failed.
3 days later they will claim you device is blacklisted by apple even though it is NOT at least not in my case as I said already it is mine and used as a test.
IF you have an icloud locked device only the previous owner can unlock it for you or unless you have proof of purchase.
If not then sadly you will just have to live with it because IPHONEIMEI will never be able to unlock anything for you nor will anyone else so don't bother.
So there you have it DON'T buy anything from them they will simply do nothing and tell you bogus reasons why they can't unlock your phone and cannot refund you.
I am in the process of disputing to my credit card company and their payment processor, you should do the same if you even purchased anything from them.

I was surprised to find out you are charging 75$ more for the service. It was not said in your web page. Totally unsatisfaited!
