says one thing, charges another. no customer service at all, telephone number never answered and no emails replied to. Just file a dispute or chargeback.
its a scam, dnt waste your money. Website is really good and professional just to scam people and make them believe on their work. Even they have their own domain, dnt believe they are thieves they scam you really professionally.
I am travelling abroad and want to get a sim chip for better rates. I was able to unlock my S9 with another service no problem even though it's not paid off. My husband has an iphone and the service I used only deals with android phones. His phone is also still under payments which is why I had to go to an outside vendor. They charged me $28 and within 24 hours sent an email saying the iphone couldn't be unlocked because it is still in payments. DUH! If it was paid off, I could just go to AT&T and get it unlocked for free. So basically this is a scam. You pay $28 for them to tell you what you already know. And to top it off, even though I never said anything about a charge back, I just asked for a refund, this is what they said: "
dispute is raised in the form of a chargeback this will be seen as an attempt
to defraud the business and we would refer you to the terms and conditions
accepted at the point of purchase , please be aware that a full report on the
device status will be provided along with a copy of our terms and conditions
accepted at the point of purchase and issued to the relevant bank in order to
challenge the dispute raised and retrieve monies. We are able to successfully
recover monies in cases where payment has been reversed or charged back. An
additional charge for administration costs incurred of $100 would also be
demanded and recovered."
