Products are very good. Company may not package components well and may damage the contents. The Inyo company may not cover the damage as to the recipient must respond with an assessment that there is no damage within a 30 day period. Inyo pools does not cover the damage if the damage is noticed or verified after that time period. I received my package but did not see the damage until 60 days. The package was not damaged but the contents were mispackaged and interior parts were damaged due to the placement of parts. The company should be liable for the poor packaging. However the recipient must verify that there is no interior damage relatively quickly. As a contractor, you may not utilize the parts that quickly. This is what happened.
Could not get product to me so they outsourced to another company but delayed delivery by days. Asked to cancel order prior to shipment and they agreed. Then charged for the product and wouldn't cancel order. Don't use them!
I ordered a pool motor and cancelled within a few hours. They sent me an email after i cancelled and said it was too late. The UPS tracking showed that they labeled it an hour after that email. Meaning - they knowingly shipped something i cancelled. Basically hoping i wouldn't return - i had to pay $76 for shipping...
Had a $750 order that I placed on 10/5 only to find out today that it had been cancelled because my credit card was flagged for being fraudulent. I provided a copy of my photo ID and was told that they would be cancelling my order unless I sent them a check, money wire, or Paypal payment. Sounds sketchy to me and probably was a scam. BUYER BEWARE!

As our customer service manager explained over the phone, there were issues verifying the billing/shipping address and guaranteeing a safe transaction. Because of this, we canceled the order and asked for a more secure payment method such as PayPal (with a verified sender/ confirmed address), wire transfer, or a check in advance. I recently had to replace my pool pump impeller and the shaft seal. I reached out to INYOpools support initially to confirm which impeller and seal I needed. I received a quote quickly and placed the order. Once the parts arrived, I used instructions from the INYOPools site to replace the impeller and shaft seal with no problem. My pump is now back in service and working as expected. Highly recommend getting your pool parts from INYO!
I liked very much the way I bought a product with InyoPool. Very easy, very efficient and very clean. Easy to navigate their website. I am very happy and I recommend this Company as a supplier os Swimming Pool equipments and parts. They work with all swimming pools equipment brands and have a well stock of parts and I was able to find all my needs.

Your company is really the worst to deal with. You sent me the wrong item.claimed it was correct item.I sent pictures showing it was the wrong item... took two weeks to get an rma... than the items were shipped back and it was returned to you over 3 weeks ago. I was told a week ago 5/19/23 that the money was returned... a whole week later its still not returned and today 5/26/23 i call and ask for status of funds returned and you tell me youre returning the funds again today and it will take 2-3 more business days to see it on my account... i dont understand why you treat clients like this... i dont understand why youre in business when you have had my money for over a month and half you keep playing games... i dont know why you lie and claim funds were returned when a week later it wasnt and you say youre returning it now... you guys are really horrible
I order a valve(that I later saw on Amazon for half the price) and designated my street address that I have been at for 3 yrears. It was sent to my old address 40 miles away. I never gave them that address and when I called they said they couldn't do anything about it because I ordered it online. Didn't understand why that made a difference. After it was delivered to the house I preciously had sold, I had to drive the 40 miles...total 80...to retrieve the part. Never again!
Have purchased in the past a knockout tarp for my inground pool which goes over my actual cover to keep algae from growing. Lasted 5yrs and needed a replacement. Very ridiculous pricing... ie... cheap!... shipped sooner than expected... couldn't ask for more... highly reccomend!
I had trouble finding a specific part for my inground pool. The only place I could find it was at Inyo. The shipping was super fast and the part fixed my pool right up! Thank you so much Inyo! This is why I keep coming back to time and time again! Keep up the great work!
Our pool pump motor died. Called the local pool repair guy "Hot Tub Tony" (great repair service) and he recommended we buy a new motor from INYOPools. I did a little research and then contacted several local pool suppliers to compare prices. INYOPools was 1/3 the price of what I was quoted by the local stores for the exact same motor! Will definitely be buying from INYOPools again for anything needed for our pool.
Sent pics of my pool and needed rail caps, Ordered what they recommended, got 14, The fit was perfect made the pool look brand new, very satisfied, totally recommend
This was the only company that I could find that sold a replacement filter for the Hayward Cx200xre and Harvard swimclear C200s. I did see another company selling it, but the price was astronomical. Quick delivery and the product looks good.
My only complaint was the Seal/Gaskit kit that I ordered to go with the new motor, wasn't shipped together. The motor arrived the next day. The Seal /Gaskit kit arrived 5 days later. Other than that was very satisfied with the ordering process, the quality of the replacement parts and motor and their Customer Service.
Last year our son got us a pool boy. He had a vacuum that seemed to work well, he said he got it at Leslies. I looked, the local leslies sent me to their webpage, don't remember the reason, but I didn't get it. This Pentair vacuum with the swivel head is very close to what he had. Can't wait to try it out.
I had to return a SWG due to electrical failure. After providing some photos of the device and pool pad, they accepted the RMA. I shipped back the item and got a check in the mail about a week after they received the item. All in all, the experience with service staff was on point and pretty responsive. The price on the item when I bought it was great, so I would recommend them.

Second time purchasing replacement filter for Hayward system. Product appears to be same quality as original and arrived quickly and in new condition.
Shipment arrived promptly and in great condition.
It will take me a few weeks before I have the right weather to install liner.
But looks good quality from what I can see in the box.
I ordered a pool pump that said it was compatible with the number of my current pump - but it was not even close. When I tried to return it the process is a scam to never have to give you a refund. They should just have a no return policy so that you know when you order that your not getting a refund if the part is wrong. I packaged it back like they said it had to be - exactly where the tag has to be and spend $105 to return it - then they sent me pictures saying it was damaged by UPS - the pictures are of a perfect box. I knew when i saw the list of things you had to do to get your money back that I was wasting my time. Now they have the pump to resell and my money! NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.

After diving a bit deeper into the situation it appears the root of the order issues comes from our warehouse not communicating about the late shipment of your order. And unfortunately, you were sent the standard RMA return instructions when you should not have, as our vendor was working on sending you a UPS label. We have since addressed these issues with our warehouse and customer service team to try to improve our customer experience as well as issued the full refund via PayPal.
