Using them for all my pool needs for a couple of years. This is the first time had to return a half grid of a DE filter. They do not provide a return label. Tried to return it on my own but the return was more expensive than the item. They were of zero help but preferred to lose a client than to help out. Feel sorry for the company
Ordering product was quick and simple. Price was good. Shipping was on time. Only one issue when product arrived. Packaging was severely damaged but fortunately the contents were undamaged. Impossible to tell if this was the supplier or the USPS
Had a problem with pump bearings was able to search forums and find exact bearings and seal kit needed for repair, which also connected me to instructional videos to aid in repairs. Installed and pump works great!
Was purchasing pool motor to change for a friend. They seemed to have good pricing so I ordered the motor. We put on my girlfriends CC with proper billing info, but different ship to address. Their "Fraud Department" said they would need a Picture of Front and Back of Credit Card and ID to be able to process the order. Sorry, but my girlfriend does not want her CC or ID scanned and emailed online. Waste of time, CC companies have their own Fraud Department for bad charges, don't need an online company not accepting an order, the CC company can take care of that guys.
I ordered products from this company because I could not find it at local stores. Big mistake. It was my fault for not looking at their ridiculous return policy but with that said I followed their instructions to get an RMA form it took several days for them to reply still not giving me this form they require for you to return their items. They kept using stall tactics to not send me the form asking for pics of item etc. Needless to say I lost out &140.00 and still had to find right item somewhere else. Do Not buy from this company & if you do just know you will not be able to return it or get any money back. Do NOT recommend!
Originally purchased from a national pool vendor online. Apparently, they are having Supply channel issues as the store system and online system do not communicate. Stores must e-mail. Com for updates. Anyway, it took then a week to ship the wrong part and over a week attempting to reship the right part. Ordered from a second vendor, price was good, and after a few days I reached out and asked about delivery time frame. They told me it was on backorder and would be 60 days before it shipped. They were selling like they had stock. Good web sites will tell you if they are out of stock. Canceled that order too. Finally ordered from these guys. Product was in stock and arrived in three days. Pool saved. Moral of the story…. Do not waste time trying to save $30 bucks. Order from these guys.
Needed a new pool pump and corresponding gasket kit. Used online chat feature and was set up with the correct parts/part numbers and had a coupon code inserted by the agent which was a bonus. Pump came in 2 days, gasket kit 4. Very happy with INYO inventory, price, and service. Also provided links to video as well as written instructions to install the pump.
Definitely this time if it was the correct Top rail and exactly the color. I am very happy with this purchase and the very fast and safe shipping service. The product was received in perfect condition and very protected so that it would not be damaged. Thank you INYopools
I switched my purchases many years ago from another pool supply company to inyo pool, and just had a horrible experience. I order black 2 part epoxy paint over a week ago, really needed it to get my pool up and running for my business (campground), I just got off the phone with customer support. The company canceled the epoxy paint (out of stock) and didn't think it was important to contact me.( this is now 8 days later) No other alternatives or solutions. I just spent over $1600 and had more items to buy. I will find a new supplier and would highly recommend any business use caution when ordering from this company.

Initial response to my ticket was very helpful. But when I received the recommended parts, they appeared to be wrong.
Excellent, quality, price, and delivery. Wasn't exactly " plug & play". Dimensionally the same as existing Hayward. Motor terminals are on opposite side. Had to pull in new leads. New pump/ motor didn't include inlet/ outlet pipe unions. Existing unions do not match new pump. New pump DOES match newer Hayward piping though. No big deal installing. Runs awesome. Quiet, powerful. Very satisfied.
Mighty Mammoth pump, chated with helpful person who directed me to a likely part. I ordered it, it was shipped quickly and seemed like a perfect fit, not the case, (I suspected it might not fit perfectly) anyway with some fancy dremel tool work got it to fit. Pool should be ready in time for summer use.
Price was right, transaction went smoothly, would use again if needed.
Purchased pool cover for my 16X32 inground pool mid September 2020. Just discovered that there is a 3 inch hole in the middle of this very thin cover. Hasn't even been 2 months! Called for replacement on 11/11. Offered to pay difference for a thicker cover. Nothing, they do not do exchanges, they say warranty is only 30 days... Really! Waste of time and money, they just want to move inferior product. They Absolutely do not know what customer service is. Very disappointed.
We are Very pleased with the quality of the pool filter. Wasn't sure when we purchased the item however so happy we did. Will definitely purchase from this site again. And it was delivered very quickly too.
When looking for a pool filter cartridge I found your prices to be the best. I wanted to be sure to order the correct item and did an online chat. The filter cartridge was exactly as I ordered and it arrived much faster than I imagined it would. It was convenient having the tracking information so I could arrange to have help available to install it.
I was not a fan of the chatbot to human chat routing. I was transferred through to four representatives before I got to one that could assist me.
I received the pool pump very quickly and the video/email installation instructions were very helpful. EXCEPT the instructions instructed us to reinstall an impeller ring.
After 2 amazon orders for parts that didn't fit and a couple of hours of further online searching, I ended up back at inyopools on a Q&A that indicated my pump didn't require that part at all.
A somewhat confusing interaction, but the pump seems to be working.
I found it very simple to find the replacement motor needed for my pool. I have the new motor installed and it works great. Additionally, they were cost competitive - especially against the local pool store.
I ordered a vacuum cleaner head from INYO Pools and it arrived damaged. Despite sending pictures of the damage within 24 hours of receiving the product they asked for pictures of the damaged box. Despite explaining that they send the part in a bag not a box, they continue to deny the claim without photos of the box. Rather than shift the blame to the customer or UPS, they should behave like Amazon and provide a return shipping label, provide a credit or ship the replacement part in a box with protective packaging to avoid a similar outcome. Very unethical business practices in my opinion
When I received notice of delivery, I looked for my package. A few hours later, a neighbor came to my door with my package. It had been delivered to his house, a few doors down and across the street. Satisfied with your service, but not delivery service.
Sent picture for them to let me know what part I needed. Got a response back the next day verifying the part I needed. Ordered on the spot since they have awesome pricing compared to local retailer. I received my part the very next day. The company has excellent customer service. I definitely recommend this company for your swimpool/spa needs. Thank you Stephen!

Especially something that was shipped so half-hazardly.
