Ordered 2 pump motors and corresponding Fit Kits as suggested by customer service rep. Seal Plate o ring was wrong size. They are sending new o ring ( right size) no charge. Unusually custpmer friendly response.
Website page had all details of the pool heater including mfg part number. Site was easy to use. Great communication and tips for truck delivery. Had the unit within a week…. That's fast shipping by carrier. I actually saw after the sale that they were giving a free pool float when you purchase a certain amount. Sent an email the day after my sale…. They emailed back and sent one back. Thanks
The purchasing process and the selection was great the delivery however fell a little short of what was promised. My pool heater was delivered without prior notification, I was given a call literally by the driver when he arrived at my home and no one was there, when I returned his call ten minutes later he said he had already left. Fortunately I was able to convince him to come back and had my neighbor receive the package.
Tried buying a filter from another company and was told at r the last minute it was out of stock. After confirming with a competent employee that they had it in stock, I had my filter in 3 days. Check them out first and I'm sure your experience will be the same.
They didn't send me a tracking number. And i got an e mail the day before it was delivered wanting to know if i had received it. Well no but i did get it the next day after i had bothered my neighbors looking for it at their house
I ordered a pump motor. It was easy with fast delivery. It's worth trying to do pool repairs yourself. The pool shop wanted to charge me 430 dollars labor and 450 for the motor. The job cost me 285, and a few hours of my time.
I am inexperienced in pump motor replacement but pretty competent with technical DIY projects. Between the customer service rep's help on what to order and the help videos on their site, I fixed my pool pumps without a hitch. I saved $3,200 in cash (I had about 3 hours of my labor) compared to the pool company's estimate. I would do business with INYOPools again.
The website had all the parts I needed. The reviews were helpful. I submitted a question which was answered promptly. My order was processed, shipped, and delivered promptly. All of the parts have been installed and are working. My first experience with INYOPools.com was great overall!
I ordered a volt vacuum with a 4 piece pole. I received a small spa broom. When I attempted to get a return slip, I was denied. $91 wasted. I have a pool, not a small little spa. This was my first and last time ever doing business with them.
What a wonderful on line resource! I was able to easily find a schematic of my older pool pump and found the parts I needed to order. Good pricing, arrived quickly and is a quality product. Inyo Pools sent us a list of additional parts we may need in the future and how to guides. Excellent customer service for sure!

The ordering, part delivery and support were exceptional. In a world where customer service is lacking your company does a great job. I did have one issue, the standard shaft seal did not fit properly onto the shaft. So I was forced to install the old one which is not ideal, it is many years old and will likely fail. The new one was notched in such a way it would not slide on the shaft. I tried flipping it, removing and playing with it the new and old but I could not get it to work. Perhaps you have encountered this with other customers? It just would not slide all the way down the shaft and sit the way the old one did. I cannot find any information online that shows this level of detail.
Again, the rest of my experience was top notch.
Opened box to find that the spring- loaded piece on the handle had fallen off with the spring. This was why I purchased a new one. I had no choice but to try and make it work. I would like to get an exchange for one that is all together.
While I am happy with my purchase I had concerns with the delivery process. In writing it states someone needs to be present for delivery to ensure items are in undamaged condition. This is the only way any type of return would be accepted if there were any issues.
I went out of my way to be sure someone would be available on delivery date. Then I received an email from shipping company stating they were coming a day earlier and nobody needed to be present. I tried to notify them that this wasn't the agreed plan. Nobody responded. The pool wall did arrive early. Thankfully it was in excellent condition. However, the terms need to be clarified before such return policies are implemented. It's not fair to the customer if there is zero communication between the company, shipping and customer.
Trying to get my pool equipment back up. Wanted to replace just a motor for my Pentair WhisperFlo Pump but turns that I needed to replace both separate motor and pump. Returned the motor and then ordered a new Pentair WhisperFlo pump. INYO handled both - waiting on refund still but not hassles just help.
Ordering experience was great except it wasn't clear to me how long it would take to receive the order.
Chose cheapest ground delivery option and figured it may take a week or two. Was extremely happy to see it at my doorstep in what I remember was about 4 or 5 days. Will not hesitate to use again in the future.
Your company took my order then canceled it stating it looked like a fraud order. I talked on the phone with a young man that said he was a supervisor and his attitude was like who cares if you order or not. Then my Discover card was billed and credited multiple times. I'm not sure if all of that was corrected yet. Only one person named Jacob was friendly and helpful.
Ordering was easy and the parts are of good quality. I received notification that my order was processed and shipped and it arrived timely. My only issue was that the order tracking through USPS gave me no information on when my order was scheduled to arrive until it was actually delivered. Not a likely fault of the company however.
I ordered 3 bottom plates for a pool and paid for overnight shipping. Twenty four hours go by, nothing! Contacted them today, forty eight hours after the order should have been here and told it was out of stock. Now, common sense says when the item is out of stock, you update your site or, with an overnight order, you notify the customer when the order is processing, that you can not meet that request. How do you do business like that?
