Bought 2 watches they send me order I received it and after I receive they send me credit saying one watch is not available and send me credit not before not when I order not before they sent out order a low level scumbag type move
I ordered 2 watches to be shipped to Germany 3 weeks ago. One watch was send from Florida do New Jersey and is now waiting at FEDEX to be shipped with the second watch in one parcel. The second watch arrived at Invicta Florida 10 days ago, but it has not been sent yet. I sent several emails to Invicta service, but I did not get any answer.
This is not acceptable.
UPDATE: After 3 full weeks, they realised that the watch was out of stock. Now they refunded the money for the watch. But NOT the 15€ import tax I allready paid. THANX FOR NOTHING!
Husband love his watch. Came on time, clean, nice. Best Christmas gift ever. Ready to don't h ave to wrap it box was nice, clean. Just put under the tree
I communicated thru email and left phone messages and customer service was not timely to respond. I was trying to ask for a compromise by asking for the same discount on a similar watch. I got nothing but apologies and then a refund 6 days after my orde r was placed. I was very disappointed that they were not interested in working with me towards a mutually beneficial solution. VERY DISSAPOINTING SERVICE.
Terrible customer service. Call center laughed at me said they would never cancel my order even though it had not shipped in over two weeks. They charged my credit card and would not refund.
My order took a little long to ship but I would buy from them again. I love invicta watches. There is always a good sale going on. The watches are very fashionable. I have like 6 of them.

This was my first order of Invicta! Packages were well prepared and secured from within. I am impressed with the craftsmanship of the watches.
I called customer service. There's support or is horrible. Although the watch is a cool, I will not recommend to buy from this site.
Everything arrived on time. Just didn't expect my product to be in used condition. Just a couple of minor scratcheson the watch face, but nothing major.
Order placed and ran out. Had to pick another item, both times. Paid for delivery by Christmas, did not receive till 28th. Should return both extra shipping cost paid. Product was wonderful.

My son just opened his watch and loves it however Ithe size is smaller than he thought it would be. I was wondering if we could send it back for the larger face watch?
The most amazing styles, at the best prices, and a super easy to use website... and shipping is almost immediate. Plus, free shipping and no sales tax... there is NO REASON to shop Invicta anywhere else. My Invicta collection has likely grown by 20 incredible styles in the last year. DO NOT SHOP FOR INVICTA ANYWHERE ELSE... YOU WILL BE EXTREMELY HAPPY!
Watch was missing a pin so i cant wear it. Was on hold for 12 mins just to speak to someone about it i finally hung up, sent email waiting for response. Probably wont ever order again
This has been an ongoing, frustrating issue with the MANY timepieces I have purchased of the last 18 months from INVICTA. I get product that is missing warranty cards, all of the protective wrap on both bands are missing, the protective crown guard is missing, and this watch, item# ******* VENOM has fingerprints all over it, accumulated human sweat/dirt on the back. THIS IS NOT a new watch, it's what someone else returned and is being sold as new, per INVICTA's website! In the event you actually get a factory fresh, new watch, (which I have) NONE of the above is found. This is my 2nd complaint via Sitejabber, and never any feedback whatsoever.
Really robust manly. Not to mention a fashion statement! Priced right.
