Not bad at all; very quick and to the point...we had an issue with the initial price, but the company worked it out so no-harm no-foul...
I felt shipping was slow and with both my Invicta orders, the watches arrived with flaws. My first order, the watch box was severely damaged. Enough to where I had to contact customer service to send a replacement. No way I could give that as a gift. Also, there was a flaw on the watch band. Probably from when the box was damaged, not completely sure. But because it was sold out after I purchased it, I couldn't order the same one as a replacement because I literally ordered the last one. There were also small flaws on the second watch we revived that only I noticed but thankfully my husband didn't. We decided to keep it because it was too much of a hassle to return the watch for a second time. I've yet to receive the refund on the first watch we ordered and it was returned and received by Invicta a week ago.

I fist fell in love with invicta in 2011 when I went on The Oasis for a family cruise. I couldn't stop looking at them I finally found the on I wanted and she disappeared. When I finally found one I wanted and for the right price I had to jump. The service was great my watch was here in no time. I'm definitely ordering again.
I went to kay jewelers to get it size and the salesperson showed where 1 of the pin in the had already been hit on and he would'nt work on it because of they reason i have to go the whole city to find someone to size it for me.
