2 of the 3 watches I ordered came without the wrapping on the band and case. One of them was scratched. It makes me wonder if these were new watches or returned. Customer service says they unwrap them sometimes depending on where they came from. That is BS. The one that was scratched I returned for a refund. My next watch came without the wrapping either, but at least wasn't scratched. I'm really wondering If I'm receiving a new watch or a store display model, return or whatever. I will be skeptical of buying from this store again.

Extremely lovely shopping experience, I just have one problem, too many selections to choose from. LOL, one slight problem the women's watch that I purchased, the inner dials are non-functional, like the date, and day don't work it's just for show, my wife doesn't need a watch that has the date and day just for show, we actually need functionality in today's world.
The watch arrived in a few days, which is great. However, on checking out I got an email that stated I would be notified when shipped - which did not happen. When I tried to look for open orders or did on a search on Invicta's website for the order number nothing was found. Not very impressive and does not make me want to buy another watch from them online.

I had a good experience overall. I wish Invicta had some more Lupah watches with the interchangeable straps and a mother of pearl dial and some high polished gold bracelet Venom watches with mother if pearl dials.
