The ordering process is very easy and you usually receive your product in less than a week's time.
The watch is fantastic and everything was great except for FedEx. UPS and USPS work well but FedEx requires that I must be home during my work hours and I am not willing to take a day off work to receive a package. My only other option with FedEx is to drive for 1.25 hours to pick up my package and that sucks. I have nothing but praise for your company until it comes to your shipping service so I'm sure I'll be back but I would like to have the option to choose the shipper that you utilize.
