Fast, effective in general wonderful.
I was shopping for a specific watch for my granddaughter. I prefer to shop at a live store, visited Boca Raton store. Your rep was wonderful, helpful and professional, store did NOT have the specific watch. Ordered from website, time crunch, paid extra for "second day delivery". Placed order early Thursday afternoon. Tracking info informed delivery following Tuesday by 8:00 pm. It DID arrive by then, however, that, in my opinion, was a "fourth day delivery". Stressful experience.

These watches are high quality, I have been purchasing first in person in Mall of GA back in 2010, a mother of pearl watch.
I travel on assignment often, so the online store is a plus. Also, I have a UPS Store box who receives my mail and packages, and Invicta didn't make a big deal out of that. I like easy shopping because I don't have a lot of fluff-around time.
