Live the watch. Hate the delivery time. Took over a month to ship. There was no indication of this type of delay when I purchased. Should be more transparency

Shipping took longer than expected but that was stated in the banner due to it being a sale item. Watch arrived in perfect condition. Can't wait to order more.

There seemed to be no personnel to help in a timely matter, love the watch but I didn't receive a response until almost 3 weeks after my initial email

I ordered 1 box of 8 watches and it came broken, I had to call customer service and they gave me a gift card. Apart from waiting more than 3 weeks for it to arrive. But in general everything is fine

Web site good. Pretty easy to navigate. Filters are difficult to add (one at a time with lag in between). Shipping costs may keep me away in the future.

Great product my and great price. Shipping took longer than expected and then Fed Ex didn't deliver for 3 days from the day it was scheduled to be delivered.

Almost impossible, if not impossible, to check out using Invicta card. It never seems to work and there are ZERO issues on my side of things. Disappointing, as always.

Easy Navigation, Nice selection. Read a lot of negative reviews. But the 2 watches I bought look and feel great. I will follow up next year and let you know if I've had had problems.

Customer service is absolutely nonexistent. I called in 3 separate time after placing my order and was on hold over an hour each time until i finally hung up and never spoke to a rep.

I still have not received the Star Wars watch ordered on 12/24/19. It does dot even show up on order history. Payment was taken out of my account. I can not get reply from help.

Each time I try to make a purchase the site tells me my account is unable to be found. Which has cost me to lose out on certain purchases that you no longer have available.
