I gave one star only because zero is not an option. I had their service on my truck. The service ended without my knowledge and the company never sent me any emails or correspondence for keeping the service active. I called to reactivate it and they couldn't even find my account with all the account information. What kind of company doesn't keep records on their customers? I spent several days waiting for a response from them to try and find my GPS tracker information in their system, but to no avail. They called back, and their only option was to install a new component. Unacceptable. Save your money and go with one of the more reputable manufacturers. This company is a complete joke.

Won't let me return unopened tracker that was thrown into car loan. As far as I'm concerned, they robbed me.
