I purchased a Rock-Ola CD jukebox. It cost me over $8,000. We were supposed to get inside white glove delivery. However, when the delivery company showed up, they claimed they were not required to bring it inside. Nevertheless, we have it, it is beautiful.

My story is like many, many others - I bought a Rockola Jukebox off of In The New Age owner/president James Bolin. He took all of my money, closed up shop in Steiger, IL moved to the Cedar Lake Indiana:Northern Indiana area….he changed the name of the business and is now going on with his usual sales techniques without missing a beat. He thinks he's successful at ripping all of us off because he had made it so difficult for us. You must call the Steiger Illinois Police Department if you are a victim, also call the Cook County Illinois States Attorney and report this with them. You need to call your local police and States Attorney. We all have to unite so we can get our money back AND stop Mr Bolin from stealing from more people. I will check back back now and then and hope that we can all get together and make Mr Bolin responsible, the company name has been changed from In The New Age to a new name I can't list on here because I was threatened. Yes I was threatened! We will get justice'

I ordered the NEW AGE VP virtual pinball machine. This is so cool! 80,000 games, thousands of pinballs and it has the 40" playfield. Now I am downloading more pinball games from ZEN studios.

Father of two boys here, posting about my experience with the arcade / entertainment company In The New Age who we found while looking for a traditional pinball machine for the kids. Although I found the crew at In The New Age pleasant to work with during the purchase, we are not happy with them or our Future Pin 2000. On 9/16/21 we ordered the unit with a couple of options. We were told "white glove delivery" by someone who could demonstrate how to navigate, set up files, internet connection, etc in about four to six weeks if I recall correctly. On 10/3/21 we were offered some options, (including an upgrade to the 6000) one of which I didn't catch was already part of my initial invoice. I hastily approved it while my wife was in the hospital so I paid for it twice.

After many rounds of following up over the next six months, we finally got the unit on 4/14/22. It had a couple of bees in it and was delivered by a two man crew who had never seen one before and not instructions but we were still glad to have it. It was also missing agreed upon options only one of which I was made aware of and credited for.

The system is difficult to learn and navigate through. It has game files that do not work, games that don't work with the included controls, some of the games don't fit the screen, has writing that is so pixelated that you can't make it out, etc. They take a while to load so it can be frustrating. My tech savy kids even wanted to smash it...

Within two weeks, the switch broke and I never got service or a replacement. I asked for them to pickup the unit and refund the money but haven't gotten a response. Since then, I went to dust the machine off and found the right side of the lower TV had fallen down. I want this machine out of my house! For some reason the site won't allow me to upload more that the one pic.

Everyone looking for a massage chair at a wonderful price, I can't think of a better place to deal with. For the same chair that was offered on Amazon, I estimate that I saved $400.

I was looking for a virtual pinball and found an overpriced one all the way in Australia. It was like $7,000 and $2,000 in shipping. So, luckily, I found the Stinger virtual pinball for less than $7,000. It is like a pinball form the future.

I'm so happy with my purchase from In The New Age. I got the NEW AGE Arcade Pedestal and it's exactly what I wanted. It's well made and looks great. Customer service was excellent too. I highly recommend this company.

The QRS 101 pemf pain relief machine I purchased from this company has helped by 80-year-old mother who has had surgery on her knees. For the last 10 years she has had to use a walker, now she rarely ever needs to use it.

The Future Pin 200 virtual pinball was advertised with 2,000 games. However, to my surprise, it came 2,030 games in it. I can play the old school pinballs, FX2, FX3 and about 900 classic arcade games like pacman, street fighter and even big buck hunter shooting game.

The wife and I had purchased from this company last Christmas and because of covid, we didn't get our games until January. Now, it is just like last ye1ar, so we purchased the rockola crystal last week. Thanks, in the new age, we are returning customers

My arcade machine was supposed to be brought inside with white glove service and it was not. Now I am downloading more pinball games from ZEN studios.

Jim at IN THE NEW AGE did everything he could to get our machine delivered by Christmas. He even answered my text at 9:00 PM CST and emailed me every time I asked him about my game. Thank you very much, what a great company.

Hey after 3 months I finally received my stinger pinball. Thanks. It is fantastic. And I appreciate the free extra 5-year warranty you guys gave me for the longer wait time.
