I ordered an overpriced gift on Internetflorist.biz on 04/09/2025, with delivery scheduled for the morning of 09/09/2025. This was meant as a special gift to support someone I deeply care about during her exams. Sadly, the entire experience has been a disaster. On the delivery day (09/09), the order never arrived. I called their support because it was supposed to be delivered in the morning. Instead of helping, they claimed the address was wrong even though I had entered it correctly on the website and provided the recipient's phone number from the start. They asked for the same information again, and after that, they stopped responding. My order even disappeared from their website account system without explanation. I tried everything: email, WhatsApp, and calling all their phone lines. No answers. On 10/09, I called again to see if they could at least deliver in the morning. They told me it would only arrive in the afternoon. I called twice that day, but again got no clear response, and in the end, the gift was never delivered at all. This is more than just poor service. The lack of communication, disappearing orders, and dismissive support make the company feel extremely sketchy. All the calls I had sounded like the same agent and the E-mails were handled by names like "Usama" or "Fahad." While origin doesn't have to matter, in this case, it only added to the impression that the company is not transparent, not professional, and not based in the EU or US as one might expect from a florist charging such high prices. Oh, and forgot about the 24/7 service. That's obviously nonsense too. In the end, the gift never arrived, and the opportunity was lost, the exams have already passed, and the gesture I intended to make is now pointless. For whatever reason, they have good reviews, but based on my experience, I believe these are somehow fraudulent. DO NOT ORDER HERE, THEY WILL LET YOU DOWN!

Deeply disappointing delivery. I ordered a bouquet for a dear friend who lost her young partner to cancer. The arrangement I ordered looked nothing like the online photo. Just stems thrown in a cheap vase with no greenery or arrangement. I paid 110 euro. I complained and they said they will issue a token 20 euro refund which does not compensate for such an offensive delivery. Have NEVER had this happen with another floral business. Order elsewhere. I wish I could upload the photos - shockingly awful.
Do not order with them. I went through a local florist to deliver flowers to a friend who is ill. Paid a lot of money only to be told that the delivery could not be made, and if I wanted to have non-wilted flowers delivered, I would have to pay more. Unbelievable! Do not order from local vendors who work with this group - or at least do so at your own risk.
I do not recommend this service! I ordered a bouquet, but no one consulted with me, even though the website promised otherwise. What I received was completely different from what was advertised.
When I reached out to complain, they insisted that everything was done correctly, despite the clear discrepancy. Very disappointing customer service!
If you don't want to waste your money, order flowers elsewhere. Compare what they promise on the website with what actually gets delivered – the difference is shocking!

Its a potential scam our just extremaly poorly run service.
The flowers I ordered for the recipient were never delivered.
I have emailed their support multiple times in relation to a refund and they are no longer replying to my emails.

During Chinese New Year, my partner went back to Wuhan to visit her mother, leaving Hong Kong. As she was away on February 14, I decided to surprise her with a bouquet of flowers using internetflorist.biz. Wanting to avoid the traditional choice of roses, I opted for eighteen carnations with baby's breath, leafy greens, a silk bow, and a message card, which was advertised as a 'Deluxe' set. I made the purchase two weeks in advance for $70 US.
However, the delivery did not meet our expectations. The flowers that arrived were just carnations with no baby's breath, leafy greens, bow, or card. Furthermore, three of the carnations were broken, and six were already darkening around the edges. My partner was disappointed, especially when she discovered that the bouquet she received could be obtained for roughly 25 HKD, approximately $3 US, from a local market. It was evident that I had been deceived.
I promptly reached out to the company and was informed that they would conduct an investigation. However, it took almost four days, and instead of providing a refund, they simply apologized and offered to send the message I had requested on the card to my partner by text. Their explanation was that the images they use are only a representation, not an exact reflection of the delivered product.
The unapologetic manner in which the company handled this situation is unacceptable. It is clear that they have no regard for customer satisfaction. I strongly caution against using their services under any circumstances. Avoid at all costs, as their lack of care and the quality of their products are beyond disappointing.
Ordered for valentine's day roses and chocolates for the 14th of February 2024. The delivery did not occur even after trying to call them and email them. Customer service has ignored all my messages and use the dane message over and over again. They have been slow, inadequate, subpar and downright horrible.
Would not recommend any orders from here.
Absolutely appalling. They outsource their jobs to random flower shops in your area and don't hold themselves accountable when things go wrong. Look at this horrible job:
They made a mistake on the address and didn't use the name I'd written in the order. This meant it got stuck at reception for 4 days (over the weekend). They then said it was over 2 days so I couldn't complain and kept repeating their policy to 'leave the item in reception'. This showed they hadn't even read my complaint. They obviously didn't care and they didn't even apologise.
Terrible service especially for such expensive flowers. Just avoid.
I ordered a bouquet from internetflorist.biz to be delivered. The order and my money were accepted for same day delivery. A day later I received a message that I needed to pay a further R450 for delivery to take place and that the delivery would take a further 3 days. I asked for a refund, which I am still waiting for
I would like to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service offered and the quality of the product. When a standard bouquet was ordered, the recipient was sent a small and insignificant one. For a price of 57 euros, the service and the product are definitely not worth it. All the time we did not receive adequate and timely information about the status of the shipment, we did not know what to expect. When receiving the package, the courier was extremely rude.
Horrible experience. I ordered and expensive bouquet for an important occasion, but it was never delivered to the recipient. I emailed customers service multiple times regarding the delivery, but the bouquet was never delivered. I then requested a refund, but these emails were also ignored. I finally had to go through my bank and mark the charge as fraudulent. This is not a legitimate company.
I ordered and paid for a gift to be delivered to my friend at an address I know is correct and I double checked it with my friend. This company say there is no such address but kept €20 for 'their troubles' even though a €9.90 delivery fee was paid. So no package delivered and I am out of pocket. Do not ever use this company!
I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday in France, paid 100€ on their website, the flowers did not reach the recipient, the support service constantly answered that the subscriber did not answer the phone, but this is not true! As a result, they offered to come to the office for flowers. I am in another country - the child is at school 30 km from the office - complete absurdity! I do not recommend using this site - a scam. Money is not returned! Be carefull!
I would strongly advise anyone considering using this company to avoid them at all costs. I placed an order with them and paid upfront, but I never received my order. I tried to contact their customer service department multiple times, but they were unresponsive and never provided me with any updates on my order.
I even tried to escalate the issue to a manager, but they were equally unhelpful and seemed more interested in avoiding any responsibility for their company's failure to deliver on its promises. It's clear to me that this company is only interested in taking people's money and has no interest in providing any sort of actual product or service.
Unfortunately, it seems that I'm not the only one who has had a bad experience with this company. I've seen many other negative reviews online from people who have had similar issues. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering using this company look elsewhere for a more reliable and trustworthy option.

Worst customer experience ever in my life. I paid about 85 USD to their Flowers4Hamburg website to deliver a bunch of flowers and a cake to be to my daughter for her birthday. The cake was marked as delivered although she never got it and they refused to acknowledge or provide receipt notice and then the flowers were deemed undeliverable by their courier without calling my daughter and they never came back to me how to resolve the matter despite my repeated request. I warn all people not to use them as they are not professional nor customer focused and you will most likely lose your money as i did
