It's a gotcha. I have bought from Spain, to send a gift to my sister in London. They do not ship and say they have tried but no one was home (being completely false) and they neither repeat the shipment nor return the design. IT'S A SCAM, DO NOT BUY

These days it is rare in high volume website businesses to get personal care and attention so this is worthy of a good review.
