I will share my personal experience with Ixdf courses. The courses is for UX designers, Interaction designers, visual designers, UI designers, Frontend developers, User researchers, Product Managers, Marketer.

I really love the types of courses! No due dates etc. No company color, like coursera its google, though here it's really objective. Good answers also from instructors.

I had a great experience with all the educational paths provided (courses, literature, webinar). I strongly recommend Interaction Design Foundation for beginners and senior students or professionals!

I joined the platform not quite long and it's been amazing. The courses and certificates are top-notch.

I had an amazing year and much fun while studying at Interaction Design Foundation. Their courses are comprehensible and up to date. I highly recommend it to anyone.

I was not aware my new membership would renew automatically, the system withdrew from my bank account and I emailed them, they are very friendly and offer my refund option with no pain, highly recommended.

It's a pity that i didnt found ixdf before i spent almost ten months in a "ficticial" official formation about UI / UX Design. I found that the contents reflects what an enterprise expect from an UX Designer or other Interaction Designer. But isn't only that even this formations can help at c level to understand the way to humanize the technologies adoptions.

I have been studing UX with IxDF for the past year and I'm planning to continue doing so in the future because they don't rest in offering great new courses every few months.
In terms of economy, with one anual fee (that in other places wouldn´t pay for one course) I managed to do 15 courses (I would have done more if I had the time).
In summary, the best of the experiences. Thanks Rikke and IxDF for this great platform.

High quality UX COURSES with a great material for every level - you will find really interesting courses for beginners, intermediate and advanced learners. The presentation if the learning material is modern and the content is timeless - a mix of video lessons, reading, exercises... You'll get "addicted" to IxDF as me!

I found about this site through a satisfied friend of mine. And I am so glad!
I took part in one course for UX. The materials were so thoughtfully prepared, that the learning was really pleasant. The platform itself is also really nice and easy to use. It presents a lot of opportunities vone to take part in different groups in the community, to make contacts or to find a job.

Now I am looking forward for the next course.

IDF is an absolute treasure trove of information, knowledge and learning for designers at all levels. I have completed 3 courses and already have 3 more lined up. IDF is totally awesome!

I am more than positive about this learning platform. The editorial team obviously consists of UX experts, and I think it is noticeable. As a content and learning experience professional, I have a lot of experience with learning platforms and online courses, and I must say I do like the approaches and strategies the IDF has chosen. One of the nice things is the fact that the courses and the grading of the exercises are still partly human driven (instead of going the automatic way full on). A lot of the experience IS human interaction, which I like.
Throughout the years, a real interesting community has grown and making use of that network and its potential is an invaluable bonus. I really think here is were the absolute benefit is: the annual subscription cost is comparable to the admission price of a bigger UX conference (maybe even a bit cheaper) but the network opportunities are much bigger. There are local meet-ups, there are active discussions, you can find your mentors and peers, you can discuss your portfolio, there is members-only white papers and ebooks,... Absolutely recommended.

I started to learn with IDF since September last year. I concluded 3 courses and currently taking 2 more. I work as a UX Designer for a tech company, and so the content of the courses I've been taking is so useful to succeed in my daily work, and the amount of information and variety of courses gives me solid grounds to improve in my career and to be informed to perform my tasks with success. I intend to keep on learning with IDF for as long as I can.

In my opinion to become UI/UX Designer must be something in your gene (you can search about it "left/right brain people"), Its like some people love math and some hate it, Some people can compose music and some cant, So before joining you must know IxDF cant change your gene but if you have that it will be great platform to learn and polish your knowledge.

Also for people that want to just have knowledge about UI/UX like team leads, marketing and other people it will help a lot. Don't expect to become UI/UX designer just read and pass this courses.

I started studying with IDF in 2018 because I was being pigeon-holed at work. I was employed as a writer at a software company that, at the management level, could not understand the role of content or storytelling in user-centred design.
I've never attended university, but I've read more books on UCD, UX, IA, CX, HCI - and software development in general - than anyone I know. After realising that I might need some certificates to prove myself, I discovered the Interaction Design Foundation, and can honestly say that it has elevated my confidence and my career astronomically.
I have had mixed feelings about some of the course content (the only reason for my 4 star review). For example, I'm personally not a fan of watching a video then answering multiple choice questions. But the great thing about IDF courses is that they mix it up. Some lessons end in multiple choice questions, while others ask open-ended questions which are graded by an instructor. Those are my favourite!

What I love most about studying with IDF:
- It's a wonderful refresher for existing knowledge. (Sure, I've read a tonne of books, but if you don't exercise what you've learned it decays rapidly.)
- It allows me to put my knowledge to the test, which provides me with a sense of validation that has helped me to overcome imposter syndrome in the workplace.
- I've learned an incredible amount of new information, which has armed me with the vocabulary to articulate my design decisions, or design input, at work. My favourite topic of newly acquired knowledge is Gestalt theory. While I may have read about it in the past, it's not until you have to answer a lesson question — such as: Describe what the Gestaltists meant by the 'Law of Proximity' and provide three examples within your answer — that the learning really embeds itself for life.
- The customer service is exceptional!
- The staff and course creators actually care about the education being provided. I love learning online and have taken a lot of courses on a lot of different platforms. I cannot name a single other learning platform that makes you feel like you're a student on a learning path, as opposed to just another anonymous user who has signed up to watch the educational videos, and to remain firmly planted on the receiving end of their one-way-communication teaching style.

The courses provided by IDF are extremely good and provide a comprehensive study for those who wanna pursue UX design as a full time career. It's not just about the fundamentals but the way they've organized it that turns out to be helpful for everyone, from beginners to experts. The assignments are pretty good and the community is really helpful to get your doubts sorted. Moreover, all members ( Rikke to be specific) were really kind to understand my issue and provide me with every possible help during my journey. Would highly recommend you all to sign up for it.

I was the owner and CEO of an internet software firm. I have always been intrigued by good designs in both physical and software products.

This course has given me valuable insights into the philosophy and techniques of good designs. I now firmly believe that great designs stemmed from a sincere interest in understanding the needs of the users. Techniques are important, however, without genuine user empathy, they are nothing more than putting lipstick on a pig.

Interactional Design Foundation has made an important contribution in teaching good designs to both its members as well as society in general.

It has been really a great experience to learn UX design form Interaction Design Foundation. The content and the short courses they have bucketize to give a seamless learning about UX, Start to End are awesome. And those courses have rich content and real-time question answers are making the learning easy and helping beginner to grasp the logic of Human center design for long term. I would refer to every UX beginner to start with Interaction Design Foundation to become a pro in UX in such a very low cost of learning.
