I recently completed the Design for the 21st Century by Don Norman in Interaction Design Foundation. I am also pursuing other courses right now.
IxDF has a great collection of courses that caters to every aspect of design and very well-structured content, some from top leaders in the design world. And all this without being too expensive. The courses have a mix of multi-choice questions and essays to test our knowledge which I feel helped me understand the context better. And finally, the quick support provided by the team helped me through the questions when I had any.
Tip for consumers:
There are a variety of courses available. I would recommend to choose based on your current situation, what you need to improve on and what can be practically implemented at your organisation.
