Since april 2017 our Intec CP2020 printer went down because of broken copper contact ponts. Intec dealer, International Supply Company Latin America Operations, can't help me because this part is sold out, as they say. Intec Headquarters only wants to help if we pay a fee of $ 90.00 half an hour. No sevice and no empathy at all.
