Paid for products, no confirmation for 2 weeks, finally emailed and product was sent. Did not receive all of my order, customer service pretty much has said it is my fault that I did not get my full order... I have provided documentation from THEIR shipping company that the order was 1 carton short. At the least send my damn product or refund my money! Customer Service is less than helpful, I should not have to track down my stuff. I would add photo verification of my purchase but they can't even provide that... only thing I have is a debit from my bank account.
I cannot get a phone call back from an order I placed on the 20th, it is now the 27th. I never received an email confirmation and the spam was checked as well just in case. I left another message 2 days ago and still have not received a phone call from anyone in this company.?
It's a real bummer when the company doesn't respond after they've taken your money,
I purchased their product it was never delivered I live where people can't steal things I live in the country where it cannot be taken
I'm here all day so concerned about it I got a hold of the company well, I tried to get a hold of the company they don't take calls they don't respond to your emails
I needed to insulate my metal building and I decided to use reflective insulation. Both my nearby home centers had the same kind of product. One had smaller rolls that would be not large enough and the other had the size I needed but the price seemed high. I found these folks and asked if they would mail me a sample which they did. The product looked good so I went ahead and ordered. Great material, shipped right to me at a good price. Bravo.
