Bought a key from the site had and issue with a duplicate key contacted with support and replaced the key with a working one! Very fast and effective customer service will recommend!
First they will take your money, then will claim security reasons to suspend any key you bought. Not refunding you your money if you using a temporary card for online shopping. Runnn from them.

It all worked just fine. But you should mention that it takes some time before its fully downloaded. I kind of paniked since you pay before its fully confirmed that the game will download correctly.

I've bought the wrong key for my Win 10 Xbox apparently, because i cannot download anything.
I've contacted support: answer: key activated, so no refund.
Explained to them i have absolutely NO files downloaded ( greyed out) and i cannot play the game, still: no refund.
MY ADVICE: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, their 'support' is dramatic.

They reject PayPal accounts after requesting you send a photo of your ID then suggest you use a prepaid card to purchase the product. Just seems shady PayPal accounts pinged then as fraudulent.
