If I could give this company zero stars I could. Firstly, they never came in the allotted time frame. 15 minutes after the time frame I received a delivery confirmation email saying it was delivered and it was not. The delivery receipt and the email showed a blurred out picture of nothing and a scribble of a line for a signature. I left my house and came back to them leaving a yellow sticky note that they were there but no time frame to come back or number to call. When I called customer services about this they confirmed the bad email and picture and said they would get back to me to let me know where my couch is. 4 days later, no call back and no couch. I called Costco about this 3 days ago and no call back from them either. When I called for an update from Innovel they pretended like I had a bad connection and HUNG UP ON ME.
Supposed to receive my Costco order yesterday. They claim on their tracking that they called me and got voice mail. In this day and age, I can see all my call logs on both my home and mobile number. So... no, they didn't call me at all. I understand from another review that Innovel is trying to improve. Looks like business as usual for them to me... same old nonsense as before. They say they will come. They say they will call. But what actually happens is just a lot of frustration and terrible customer service. Meanwhile, where is the product I paid for? I was a fool to give Costco bulky item delivery a second chance after what happened last time. No "deal" is worth this hassle.
Delivery delayed one week, then another week, finally scheduled for one time slot, then re-scheduled for another time slot. And then they never showed up and never bothered to call to re-schedule. When I called to find out what was going on I was put on hold for 30 minutes. They finally answered and some gal told me it hasn't even left the warehouse yet and there is no way it will be delivered today. Scary thing is: the US Military uses these $#*!ing clowns. God help us if they are contracted to deliver Covid vaccine.
They were contracted through/purchased by Costco.com and jerked me around all day. I was told they came and I wasn't here. I was told they came to my brown house with a white roof. My house is not brown, nor is my roof white. I was told they would have to reschedule for Wednesday. I told them this was unacceptable as I had to take time off work just for this delivery. I was then told they would come later in the day. Hours later I called back to check and was given new excuses about how my directions weren't specific enough. Spent 30 minutes on the phone giving directions and telling them to call me if they have any trouble. Nothing for another 2 hours. Call back to be told, sorry, they can't come back. 10 hours of vacation time wasted. I will NEVER order from Costco.com ever again. THE WORST.
While I appreciate the 2 calls about their arrival, they were at 6:40am and 7:15am and I was not conscious at the time. I knew I would not be conscious which is why I asked for the 12-3pm window. What's the point of having a "window" if you dont adhere to it? Anyway, my 90 lbs New Foundland puppy got scared and jumped on my moms back while she was sleeping. My mom has a degenerative disease in her spine so she started screaming in pain. The guy just left the new washing machine on our deck and left. I called him later and he said he heard my mom scream and he said "I thought of calling for an ambulance". I guess it's the thought that counts? Anyway, we paid for them to pick up the old washer and install the new one; I installed the new washer and the old one is still on my deck
The web page is like one from nineties, one that doesn't do even the basics of modern day web applications. The company feels like so shady as it doesn't even tell you how you can contact it or give your feedback, no phone, no email contact, no ability to correct your order information after you notice your order has been messed up innovel/costco, you are expected to cancel the order and come back in the queue again for setting up the deliver when you could be given an opportunity in a modern day web application to fix the errors. Innovel really sucks. I believe research shows Costco bought this company from Sears for 1 billion, it must have been some stupid idiot in costco to buy such a lousy company for such high price tag.

We had our washer and dryer delivered on a Friday which included installation. The delivery driver said they he was told to just drop it off and had no hoses, cords, etc for the installation. He even showed me his delivery sheet which confirmed what he was saying so my wife calls Costco after they leave and Costco says that they were definitely supposed to install them. The lady from Costco then calls Innovel about the situation and they said they would send another team out on Saturday to install them between 4:30 and 6:30.
Saturday rolls around and 6:30 comes and goes with no call and a no show from Innovel. 3 HOURS LATER! They call and say that their truck broke down! My question is, if your truck broke down and you know you were supposed to be her by 6:30 why would you wait 3 hours to call! Total BS.
So, we call Costco again! And they call Innovel, Innovel says they will come Monday between 9 and 1. Guess What?! No call, No show! So we call Costco again! And Innovel says they never had us on the schedule for Monday! At this point i'm boiling! Wanted to send everything back and order from a different place.
The lady from Costco assures us that they will compensate us for our troubles and scheduled Innovel to come on Tuesday. So finally they show up on Tuesday. One of the delivery drivers rings the doorbell and as I open the door I see the other delivery driver unloading a stove! The guy at the door says "I have your delivery", I'm like WTF! This has to be a joke! Am I on Punk'd or in the Twilight Zone!
I tell him no I didn't buy a stove and told him what he was supposed to be there for and he goes back to the truck and retrieves the things he needed to install the washer and dryer.
At total mess! I don't see how they are still in business!
I will never order any more appliances from Costco until they are using a different delivery company.
This multi-month saga has no end. I've taken four separate days off of work to be home for the delivery windows that repeatedly get misquoted to me in emails, on Innovel's website, and over the phone. I've been flat out lied to by Innovel staff by phone three times now. Each time a dimwit tells me that they're "making a note of my troubles on my account." Today, I thought, "fourth time's a charm!" No. The fourth time wasn't a charm. After getting a voicemail, two emails, and live phone confirmation that my washer, dryer, and stacking kit were arriving today between 1:15 - 3:15 PM, 3:30 PM rolled around and still no one. The kicker? At 2:15 PM I began to get nervous and called Innovel, and some $#*!wad flat out lied to me saying I was next in line for delivery. Innovel -- why haven't you fired that guy? Or the last three before him? I've taken four separate days off of work and still nary a washer, dryer, or stacking kit exist in my home. Now I'm on hold with someone's manager's manager, and she's just informed me that Innovel has managed to lose all three times: washer, dryer, and stacking kit.
Costco, you do so many things right, but your biggest wrong has been refusing to fire Innovel. They are not the "white glove" delivery service you promise to us. I've spent $2000+ for these appliances and I've been jerked around repeatedly by these $#*!ers Costco is to blame simply for continuing to trust this joke of a company to do, in my case, jack $#*!.
I had no experience with Innovel Solutions until today when they were scheduled to deliver a refrigerator purchased from Costco. We had had the trees along our driveway pruned back earlier in the week so that the delivery truck wouldn't have a problem. The monosyllabic diver and his unhelpful companion would not enter our driveway although we had measured every place where there could be a question and it was totally clear for the size of truck. So now we are faced with 9 days without a refrigerator because Slimy Innovel says they don't have a smaller truck available until then.
Just had a large screen TV delivered by these folks. Everything was according to plan and the service was great. E-mail and telephone commo was excellent and courteous. I was worried at first after reading some of the reviews on this delivery service, but my experience with them was top of the line! This review is for the El Paso, TX location.
I recently purchased a dishwasher from Costco, and had the bad fortune of getting Innovel and the delivery company. Innovel's communication is terrible, and their "white glove" delivery consisted of the drivers hurriedly bringing the box into my house, setting it down in the middle of my kitchen floor (making it hard to walk around) and saying "thanks, have a good day" before rushing out the door. They were literally in my house for about 60 seconds. At least they were polite, but this was otherwise the most unprofessional delivery I've ever experienced. Innovel was also supposed to set up installation, but that was a separate mess and I ended up arranging my own. Avoid this company at all costs.
I recently purchased a refrigerator from Costco.com and had it delivered to my home last week. I have been a loyal Costco customer for decades and enjoy shopping at their stores frequently because of the outstanding "Customer Service". Truly a great company. That being said I must say I have had one of the "WORST" experiences ever when dealing with Innovel, the logistics company that is contracted to deliver products purchased over Costco.com.
My advise, when placing an order with Costco.com is to request any shipping company other than Innovel to manage the delivery. Innovel overbooks their drivers schedules causing late delivery times, they struggle to confirm appointments, but most of all some of their drivers have absolutely horrible customer service skills and should really be fired from the company.
