This multi-month saga has no end. I've taken four separate days off of work to be home for the delivery windows that repeatedly get misquoted to me in emails, on Innovel's website, and over the phone. I've been flat out lied to by Innovel staff by phone three times now. Each time a dimwit tells me that they're "making a note of my troubles on my account." Today, I thought, "fourth time's a charm!" No. The fourth time wasn't a charm. After getting a voicemail, two emails, and live phone confirmation that my washer, dryer, and stacking kit were arriving today between 1:15 - 3:15 PM, 3:30 PM rolled around and still no one. The kicker? At 2:15 PM I began to get nervous and called Innovel, and some $#*!wad flat out lied to me saying I was next in line for delivery. Innovel -- why haven't you fired that guy? Or the last three before him? I've taken four separate days off of work and still nary a washer, dryer, or stacking kit exist in my home. Now I'm on hold with someone's manager's manager, and she's just informed me that Innovel has managed to lose all three times: washer, dryer, and stacking kit.
Costco, you do so many things right, but your biggest wrong has been refusing to fire Innovel. They are not the "white glove" delivery service you promise to us. I've spent $2000+ for these appliances and I've been jerked around repeatedly by these $#*!ers Costco is to blame simply for continuing to trust this joke of a company to do, in my case, jack $#*!.
