I purchased through there e-bay site- I have to say the shipping was supper fast- I had a few questions regarding my wide format printer (nothing to do with their kit; just general questions) they answered all my questions- I refilled my cartridges and it's working great. So far, I am very happy with the overall experience.

When my printer ribbon got an air bubble they told me what to do to fix it and I did. Everything worked great for a while and then my Canon Printer crapped out with an error code that had nothing to do with the ink system. I think a chip in the printer may have gone bad. I wanted to continue to use their system of the tanks rather than cartridges in the Canon replacement printed I bought. They told me how to disconnect the unit and install it into the new printer. Everything went fine. I have also found their help videos to be of great value. All I can say is they are A-1 in my book. I am not a person to give reviews, but when I saw how they have been slammed I just had to do something. The only negative I can say is the price of ink is high, but it is high everywhere. Their prices are competitive. The print quality with their ink is absolutely outstanding!

I purchased a refill kit for my hp 902 cartridge about a month ago; I was given it some time to see how it worked. If was super simple to do and it worked from the 1st try. It has been a month now and I have refilled all my cartridges and it is working great. I will continue to buy from them. It's a money saver.

I have been purchasing ink and ink products for 10 years. They have given me excellent advice on types of printers I have needed for my business. I have had 5 different printers and they have supplied me with ink every time. If I have a problem with printing. All I have to do is shoot an email to them and they always come back with the answer within an hour or 2. Will never change ink suppliers.

I normally don't write reviews as much, but I have to let everyone know that I first bought the CIS to replenish my Canon MB 2320 ink cartridges; unfortunately, due to many errors from other generic inks, I recycled it. Inkproduct.com suggested I buy the MB 2720, compatible with the ink I bought. I did a couple of eBay searches, and I managed to snag one for ten bucks. It didn't print magenta color because the owner had it stored for so long, but it still works. It even has the film and tapes as if it just got out of the box and wasn't used much. With the printer head cleaning I purchased, I am so happy! I am glad I found Inkproduct.com; they are so helpful as well. NEVER buy anywhere else; this company is USA-made and has been in the for many, many years! Thank you very much, Inkproduct.com!

I purchased a CISS SYSTEM from ink products.com in 2018 for my new printer. The system never worked right. I am very familiar with working with CISS systems. They did not want to help me resolve my problem. They take your money and that's it. Don't buy from them. Their ink is our quality as well. I tried replacing the chip, replacing the cartridge all at my expense. They did nothing to help.

I have been using "Ink Products"' services for several years and have been extremely happy with their ink and refill kits. Recently there was a minor problem with an item I had ordered and upon writing to them, I received an immediate response indicating that a replacement was on it's way to me, sent First Class mail. I couldn't be happier with both their products and prompt service.

This company is top notch, so are the systems they build and products they provide. I purchased a Continuous Ink System (CIS) for my Pixma Pro 200. Easy Install, and the ink is most certainly OEM quality. Ink is very reasonably priced and works like a charm. I feel like a complete fool paying for OEM ink after finding this company. This place will easily save you thousands on ink, even if you aren't buying a CIS system. I manufacture my own tabletop card game, and this company is a huge life-saver because ink was a royal pain in my rear-end.

Also, the owner and his wife provide some of the best customer service I have ever received. Easily a 10/10 Star company.

I purchased their Epson Sublimation CISS system and it clogged my printer after one day of use. I cleaned the heads and discovered that I had to clean them every day. I was out of town for a week and when I came back, the heads were so badly clogged, even after following all his videotapes, I could not unclog them.
I now notice that their website was revised and there are no indications of any Epson support products. Funny coincidence.

My book on Atomic bombs was published last year in black and white. Several of my friends and book readers wanted color copies of some of the photos. I ordered the set of 8 colors and now reproduce my originals at a fraction of the CANON cost. Several emails to the company helped me install the product. SUPER SERVICE!

Purchased some ink for my Canon Tc-20 from inkproducts and I was so happy to know that their ink is a Quarter of the price than the canon OEM ink and it is identical to Canons ink. Super happy- will continue to buy from them. The ink included syringes and instructions on how to fill the original Canon Mega Tank Bottle.

Send me the wrong ink. The bottles are a completely different color than the correct ink. You have to be blind not see the difference. Complete carelessness. I complained as that ink could have damaged the printer. They got upset with me fro complaining about there poor service. Cartridges do not work consistently. Ink varies and is not even close to original color prints. I am suspicious of IP: where do they get their ink? Cartridges? Chips? I do not do business with them any more. Too wacky, inept, suspicious, poor service.

I purchased I Cis at the beginning of the month; I received it within a few days (super fast shipping) took me 20 minutes to set it up and it works great. Better than before I think.

Could not find HP910 cartridges anywhere for months. Finally saw a you tube video and thought I would give Ink Products refill kit a try. I was really suprised how easy it was to refill all 4 cartridges. You really need to watch a couple videos and once you see how other people have refilled their cartridges, you are all ready to try it yourself. Took me 45 minutes the first time as I learned what not to do but now takes less than 5 minutes per cartridge. Cleanup takes more time than actual filling and it also is very easy to clean the syringes.

I received the new chip sets for my WF 3640, installed them and the printer is working great again. Thank you very much, I thought I was going to have to buy a new printer. I can't believe how the printer manufactures do people after buying their products. You do a great service for people. You save me a lot of money in printing expense. Just want to say how much I appreciate you working with me on the phone to figure out the problem. Thanks again,

I purchased a double set of cartidges, with toner, for my Canon mx922, my first aftermarket experience.

I installed the second set in my girlfriend's mx922 after 4 months. Unfortunately, the yellow cartridge was bad and had to be replaced, but this wasn't discovered until installed, well past the 30 day warranty. They insisted I pay for it, which I did, even though it was one of two sets purchased. Did they expect me to fill and test both sets of cartidges upon arrival? Unreasonable, and unfair too.

InkProducts.com live support is spotty at best, and if it's a slow day, this family business closes its doors early.

Contrast this with my experience of Precision Colors. One of the cartridges in the new set was bad, and even though the '30 day' had expired, they mailed me the replacement without charge.

I use Precision Colors now for carts and ink-I believe their ink is better quality, and they have greater product integrity; check out their website for a very honest product description.

With InkProducts.com, there have also been a number of issues affecting their CIS systems. If you are considering it, be aware of the issues in the various reviews.

I bought a refill kit from them for my hp about a month ago, I have to admite that I was a little skeptic at 1st. When I received the kit a read the instructions carfully and followed them to the letter. Amazing, it actually work. Will be buying from them again.
