Prices are great and you can earn a lot of miles with airline shopping buttons, but you never know how long it will take to get your order. It could take over a month. If you try to call them, you probably won't get through. I emailed customer service asking for tracking 2 weeks after placing my order. No response. However, when I checked my account the next day, the order showed as cancelled. No email or notification of any sort.

Prices are great and you can earn a lot of miles with airline shopping buttons, but you never know how long it will take to get your order. It could take over a month.

If you try to call them, you probably won't get through. I emailed customer service asking for tracking 2 weeks after placing my order. No response. However, when I checked my account the next day, the order showed as cancelled. No email or notification of any sort.

I've been using InkCartridges.com for years. Recently, they mailed me a knockoff to the LD ink cartridges. The new knockoff ink cartridges faded in less than a month (See Pics). Return policy could not be more inconvenient so I didn't bother. Time to go to one of the competitors. I highly recommend finding a different ink supplier!

I was looking for ink for my Epson 7800 roll printer. One of the search returns was InkCartridges.com. After ordering on 12/20 I was contacted to be informed that the "items were not in stock and it would be 1-2 weeks to get them" I agreed and waited. No movement after 2 week in the order status. Tried to email, no response. Tried calling on 1/6. Incessant hold and them offered to leave a message. Was called back and put on hold several time by CSR who was "checking warehouse". Told still not in stock and could be another 1-2 weeks. Cancelled the order with CSR on phone. On 1/9 had not received confirmation of cancellation or notice of refund. Called again. On hold then left message, again. On return call CSR put me on hold again and finally came back to say cancellation was processing. On 1/10 the ink showed up. Cartridges are from Japan, made in Indonesia. Meanwhile I had ordered the ink on Amazon and am now trying to cancel before I end up with a double order.

They shipped my order partially. I don't really have a problem with order errors. They happen. But expecting a customer to pay to expedite the missing product? That's not a good customer service. They chose to take everything back (and pay for the shipping) than to expedite the missing part.

I ordered a set of cartridges. Took two weeks to find they did not have them, and did not know when they would get them. So I called them, and was informed they would take 2-3 weeks to get a refund. I would be very cautious dealing with this company. Meanwhile I had to just go ahead and buy my cartridges from Staples. Don't have an hour to spend converting invoice to JPG, and their form will not accept a PDF

Try calling you get put on hold then in line for a callback that takes hours if at all. Submit contact us form, they never even acknowledge it. Emailed serveral times, never responded. The worst! Toners don't last as long as they used to either.

I should have first read their very poor rating.
I was sent the wrong size ink. Customer Service refused to be accountable and refused to pay for return postage. The ink received is the wrong letters and numbers. I ordered online with the pop down identifying my printer info. Visa refunded us. I am notifying Atty General Customer Protection Bureau.

I ordered from them. The boxes said toner. I opened three boxes. There was no toner inside. There were drums for brother printer in the box. The company doesn't want to take back open boxes. See below e mail from Jan at the company. He admits they used the wrong boxes
" Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide a return label if the package was not sent incorrectly, damaged or defective. Also, we're sorry about the indication on the box that says toner, we recently had a printing issue in the boxes that says toner outside but the inside item is drum"

I placed an order on 2-29-24 and still have not gotten my order. Have tried every way I can think of to reach someone for at least a tracking # or see if it was ever sent. All calls only get a recording with a promise to call back and emails go unanswered. I would not recommend using this company.

My last delivery included 3 instances of lying as to when the shipment would arrive. It was over a week late and I had to spend over $40 from local vendors to be able to continue printing for work. Wish I had seen their terrible reviews before I started using them.

Went to install the toner cartridge and the cartridge fell apart. Contact them for a refund/replacement and was told I installed incorrectly! Will NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN!

I received damaged product for 4 ink cartridges from this cheap reseller of a company. I emailed them and asked them what they needed to do a refund. They said, send a photo. I did. They replied they were sending me a refund. Then I threw the ink cartridges away. Then they sent another email later asking for photos of all four ink cartridges - After I had already received an email stating they would do the refund and I had thrown them away. I also contacted my credit card about reversing the charge. They contested it, after they already had proof the product was damaged. I hate these people. You should definitely buy from InkTechnologies.com instead. They are honest, have good customer service. I actually thought I was ordering from InkTechnologies again, but mistakenly got these pricks.

I sent a email last Wednesday May 1, re. Order # 02-*******, I have not got a response to the email yet. I have not received an email that this order has shipped so I know I can cancel! We are moving to our summer cottage for the summer so will not be home to receive it. I want the Order cancelled please and a credit on my credit care that was used, please.

I purchased 3 color and 1 black ink cartridge from them. I had to go back and forth with emails and finally they sent me the color cartridges 2 in one shipment and 1 in the other, This was after 6 weeks and several emails. They then asked me if I wanted to get a refund for the black cartridge which I told them I will, It is now 8 weeks later and NO black ink cartridge and NO refund! I tried calling the 800 number and of course on hold forever! Seriously stay away from them. Like the saying goes..."Learn from my mistake". I disputed with Paypal and won the dispute.

They don't tell you when you order their refurbished ink that it will be outdated in two minutes. I've wasted too much money on what I thought was a good deal only to find out if it's too good to be true it usually is.

This company is poorly run, chaotic and undependable. If you are in a hurry to get new ink this is not the place for you.

I placed a $160 order 4 weeks ago. I needed the ink badly. When I finally received the package there were 3 cartridges missing. Contacting them is work. It took forever to be able to talk to someone about this. I was told this was a 'split' order and was assured the rest was on its way. I never received an email informing me about this split order. Nor have I received a tracking number for the missing 3 cartridges. Still waiting. I really hate to do this, but I may have to contact my bank to get a refund.

Tip for consumers:
If you are in a hurry buy your cartridges someplace else. Speed is not a priority here.

If I could give them lower than one star I would. You get what you pay for. Yes, they are cheaper than the others. But, they saved my credit card information in their system without my authorization and when I placed a subsequent order, they processed it through on my card tied to my business accounts instead of giving me the option to type in information on the card I wanted to use. They called it a "glitch" and said it is happening to multiple customers and they don't know why. Their support people said they were cancelling the transaction and placed another order on the card I wanted to use. The original order was not cancelled and once both orders went through on both cards they refused to refund the money to either. They have employees working from home that took my credit card information, reading the card numbers out load while their "family" was present. My bank contacted them for a refund and they refused them as well, so my bank froze my account. It's been a week and still they refuse to process a refund on either card, saying they cannot because my account is frozen. Finally, after days of no return phone calls and talking to supervisors that process to fix the issue, they have agreed to "mail" me a refund which will go out by regular mail in 7-14 days. They received double payment on the order 5 days ago. They refuse to use overnight mail despite the fact that they took funds from my checking account with no authorization. You get what you pay for. They are cheap, but there is a reason why. Their customer service is literally the worst I've ever seen in a business. Your credit card information is not secure, and I've had to shut down two cards due to what I consider as fraud. They've done everything to avoid returning my funds to me and they don't care. Very upprofessional.

I have never had such a hard time with any ink company as I have with these people. First, their remanufactured ink HP ink cartridges do not work with my older HP printer. They ought to, as my printer is older and does not have the new sabotaging software. Furthermore, other HP generic cartridges work just fine from another seller. No problems at all with the other seller's cartridges -- only these LD ones.
These people at Inkcartridges.com caused me such a headache making me try all these troubleshooting things that did nothing to help, and they think they are going to make you repeat over and over what does not work. I even rolled back software.
Then they said "oh it's the sensor" we'll send you ones with a better sensor but all they did was send these LD cartridges again -- and STILL THEY DID NOT WORK. They hope to buy time by shipping everything late and hoping you will forget you've been ripped off.
One man in customer service TWO WEEKS AGO said he was going to refund me for the black ink but I never did get that. Then I emailed where is it? And I got all these emails that said, oh, we are mailing you a check, oh we'll send the refund back to your card -- I mean, these folks are thieves.
The upshot is, the LD cartridges they send are NOT going to work in your HP printer. Then you are going to be out the money, as there is no integrity with this outfit. There are many other ink cartridge sellers who will be honest and send you cartridges that DO work, and also they will stand behind their word, but this company is NOT one of them. They don't even stay on the same page with what they tell people.
Oh this is rich -- they said on the color cartridge they would give me store credit. HOW IN THE WORLD is store credit going to help me when I have an HP printer that uses HP 61? They are a bad outfit, I lost about $25 on them and ended up having to buy from another seller. It was a few more bucks but the competition is so much better. Do not waste your time and money. I would send copies of all the pathetic, repetitive lying emails but there are too many from this outfit. Don't buy those LD cartridges.

Today is 8/30/23 and there are multiple items that have still not been received from an order that was placed 7/29/2023 that were supposed to be shipped within 1-4 business days. When I initially placed my order, I received a shipment within a week with only part of my order and finally after calling multiple times, with no answer, and leaving multiple messages, with no call back, and emailing their Help Center, I finally got a response that the rest of my order was being shipped. When I got the 2nd package there were still items missing! Another round of calls and emails and here I am today wondering where is all my stuff? I used InkCartridges.com because there was a cash back offer through my bank, I will not do that again without checking reviews! Not worth it for remanufactured printer cartridges! So over this!

This company is terrible. I am a teacher for over 20 years and teach 40 third graders. I ordered one cartridge and it was fine, ordered double orders two more times and EACH TIME one of the two cartridges DID NOT WORK! Then, I have to waste time contacting and then wait longer to get a replacement. This has happened twice! Awful! I spent so much money - almost $100 of my OWN MONEY because our school system does not pay for ink for individual use! I requested my money back and got the biggest run around EVER! They are sending me (for the 3rd time) a replacement cartridge which takes 1-5 business days! I requested they send two since their track record essentially proves that each time they send me two cartridges, one doesn't work. AWFUL. Also, the rep continued to refer to her "lead" - what a big fat joke. How disgusting that a company is this shallow and is of little to no help. Teachers are underpaid and overworked, but someone has to do it for the children and our future. Makes me sick.

If I could give a 0 I would. There website did not accept my new address so they shipped it to my old address. Upon figuring this out I emailed them and they said it was already on the courier so they couldnt/wouldn't call DHL to get it back. They promised a signature required to if it wasn't delivered to me it would be returned to them so they could re ship it to me. The package was left on the steps of my old address and has been taken. Their response to me was to "stalk my old address" and wait to take the item and run away like a common theif. When I asked for a refund, they offered me a 10% and a 15% discount on my next purchase but continue to refuse to deal with the issue. I will never purchase from them again and would strongly advise everyone to stay away. Go to Staples or somewhere that cares about customer service and is reliable.

If I was able to give a zero star I would. Purchased a printer drum with next day delivery. The next day I got a defective drum. Called to complain and they said they would send another but not at the next day rate that I paid for. Well guess what... second one was defective. Requested refund and refused to include the extra I paid in postage. Was complete waste of money. Stay away from this company.

Sent the wrong cartridge, would not exchange. Wanted me to buy another. Customer service is a joke. I suggest you buy elsewhere. The other four cartridges were old and were hard to get working in my printer. I will never use them again and they certainly did not care about losing a customer.
