The Report did not have the information I needed - that is, the registered owner of a vehicle in Indiana. I was not made aware from the beginning that there would be payment to access "Premium Report". The Premium Report also did not have the information I needed. I was directed to another cite to obtain the information. Please make it clear from the beginning exactly what is contained for the payment one makes.
