Misinformation

I needed to look up an email to see if it was a scam. When I looked up the email, your website indicated that it had a report and information about the email's owner. I paid the $1.95 fee and clicked to view the report, but the website indicated that it had no information on the email. I called the service number to cancel, and the worker on the phone was very helpful. She helped me discontinue my subscription without any issues and was extremely accommodating. I'm not giving you a full 5 stars because of the misinformation in the report. The only reason you have 4 stars is because your worker on the phone was very helpful.
