Industrial ladder

I ordered about 10 ladders and some were damaged during shipping and some were just built wrong, after several calls and emails a year later still no replacement ladders or a refund, do not use this company they will rip you off. Rob C.

We bought a ladder rack from them and they charged our card right away. But then for weeks we never heard back from them. We called but they never answer the phone so we left numerous voicemails. But they never returned our calls. We also send numerous emails but for weeks they never got back to us. Only after we threatened to call the attorney general, the BBB and the local news did they finally respond. It took a few more weeks but they finally issued us a refund. Dont waste your time and energy with this company.

I finally found this place just randomly driving around. I own a small painting company in Dallas and I was tired of going through the big box stores and couldn't forge a relationship with any of the other middle men as my company isn't that large. These guys are great, well priced and well made ladders (Werner), the guys there speak Spanish so I can send my crew to pick things up. This makes things so much easier, two thumbs up.

I bought an attic ladder from them back in November. Even though it was around Thanksgiving, it came within about a week or so. The customer service there is great and the prices really can't be beaten. I'd recommend to everyone.

Terrible company even to try and order a ladder. Order taken at the Lakeland Fl location on Nov. 8,2016 by Cory and Manny. Told it would be delivered in 7 to 10 Bus. Days. It is now Dec. 20,2016 and after several e-mails and phone calls, I still have no ladder. I have gotten several "stories" from these persons and none of them have turned out to be the truth. One of many to complain from other reviews.

"I run a small construction company in Dallas, TX. I ordered a pair of tranzporter wall lifts from Industrial ladder and was promised delivery on a certain date. That date came and went and went. After getting the run around by "Bill" so many times. Calling him but he was off work that day. So many promises. It has now been over 14 days and after calling "Bill" again, I found out that, ooops... They weren't ordered and sent to our warehouse so they could be transfered to you. Sorry... Its sad that in todays economy, people are running companies like that and loosing business because of inadequate customer service. No follow up on orders, no calls, and generally an attitude of, who cares what you got going on, I got a job and that is all that matters. I do deals with people all over Texas and I highly do not reccomend this company to do business with."

Ordered a 28ft ladder on April 28. Website sez "most orders ship in one week". (They ship to a local site who then schedules delivery). After about 10 days I email them. No answer but the local site called and said they expected the ladder on Monday May 9. Monday came and went. No call. On Wednesday I emailed the local site asking about the ladder. They answered that "corporate sent the wrong ladder". It will be another week to get it. Said it would be in on Monday May 16 and they would call. Monday came. No call. I phoned the local site on Tuesday and they said they had the ladder and would deliver on Wednesday. On Wednesday one guy shows up with the ladder and my daughter-in-law had to help him unload and carry the ladder cause they only sent one guy. Very poor customer service and no apparent concern whether the customer is happy or not. Took me three weeks to get the ladder.

I had previously gone to Home Depot and also Lowes to get some Husky ladders for my crews and jeez was that a mistake. The were the worst pieces of junk I've seen in years. I come to find out that Husky brand is all made in China, and are inferior products. I decided to buy American and bought some Little Giant ladders from this company earlier in this month. I googled them, called them up and their staff actually knew what they were talking about and helped me find the right ones for my crews (residential and commercial building restoration). Home Depot and Lowes didn't even come close to knowing what ladders I should be looking for. I didn't get a confirmation email right away, but the ladders showed up a week later, they did a partial shipment, which I thought was great customer service. Long story short, don't buy ladders made in China (Little Giant is 100% USA) and these guys have some good ladders, good pricing, and a good sales staff.

Attic ladder from Rainbow was perfect for my house. Better quality that you find locally. ILS shipped the product the next day and the delivery driver even helped carry it upstairs.
