Two other people I know. My frontal was a matted mess after the first professional wash! The second wash it was so bad that I had to get it taken out! It was installed by a beautician that installs daily cares for the installation's daily! We were total shocked at Indique! I bout my last has from them. My problem was with the frontal only.

Took advantage of the Black Friday sale and purchased 18" Kinky Straight clip-ins. What arrived definitely did not match my expectations. Most of the hair is about 14-16" with a few whispy 18" hairs mixed in. To use the hair and not look crazy, I would have to cut those scraggly pieces off. The hair does not take a curl with a curling iron, it's not 100% human hair. The return exchange process is so arduous and complicated that this feels like a scam.

I paid over $600 for my wig. I thought Indique had the best or some of the best quality and apparently either things have changed or I was mistaken from the beginning. I am so disappointed I can't even find words to say. I have to do so much work to make it look decent. I am a hairstylist I specialize in Taking care of peoples units, but this is one of the biggest disappointments I've ever had. Never again.

The sea Bali straight lace wig is poorly made and is cheap, however the purchase price is $409. The wig has segments of hair that are an inch or two short compared to the18 inch length. Additionally, one side of the wig has more hair than the other side. I am in the process of requesting a refund wish me luck.

I purchased my hair three weeks ago. It has become so matted in the back. I paid $796.00 for my hair and it looks as if it's been in a year and not combed. This was a professional install. I will never buy again. I'll stick with Mayvenn…

I've tried everything - BSS hair, alexi express, all these IG stores, even the tiktok brands, but no matter what i try i always come back to Indique. Yes, i want something cheaper, but now i've just accepted that you get what you spend your $$ on. That cheap a$$ hair for 25 a bundle, it's only going to last you 2 weeks and then it's all up in your neck... birds nest! You know what i'm talking about. With this brand, i've been able to reuse my hair for years and bleach, dye and basically do anything I want ot the hair and it always holds us. Just wanted to share so no one else has to waste their $$ on other "good hair" and continue to be disappointed!

I wish I could give zero stars. So, when I first got the hair it was not in any silk packaging and looked dry and frizzy bit the rep did not get me another product. I had the product installed and got a call for the week follow up and was asked how the hair was. I replied with "the hair is ok." And was told to come to the store for them to look at it. I work as a traveling lab tech so that is extremely hard. I contacted customer service and received an email and told them about the horrible quality of the hair and they insisted it was on how the product was installed. (What does installing the hair have to do with the quality of the hair?)
I let them know that the hair gets matted very easily, is extremely dry, tangles even after detangling. I was told that I needed to go back to the store and have them deal with it. Noone has reached out to me and now I wasted $1200. Do not purchase from them!

So I've been using Indique (Pure Collection) for over 10 years now. The last 2-3 times that I've called to place an order the person on the phone I guess in customer client care has been Very rude! And this last time which was about 4 weeks ago I received the Wrong hair. The hair had color in it. I received the hair like 2 days later so I tried to call and explain that I had been sent the wrong hair and my appointment was 2days later so I was needing my hair asap. Well that didn't happen because she was getting smart and trying to act like that's what I ordered. I told her to look at my order history and she could see that I've been getting the same hair for years. I was really upset because I spend a lot of money on Indique hair and I get the BEST which is the Pure Collection. Long story short I don't know if I will order from here again.

I have been using Indique for over 10 years. I've sent friends and coworkers to Indique. I will not purchase anymore and since my hair looks a mess I'm sure no one will ask me where I purchased it as they always do. I am so disappointed! Not only is the hair such poor quality now (post-pandemic) but I think they know it's not the same. I understand how challenging it was to obtain hair during the height of the pandemic but you cannot charge premium prices when the hair you source is anything but. Secondly I purchased pure curly as always and the curl pattern is more like pure wavy. I hate wavy. Finally, I purchased 16", 18", and 20". I promise you I measured and re-measured the hair. Even though the 18" is measured that way, it is 16" and gone are the extra 2" at the ends of all three. I normally don't have to cut 2" off but I do now because of the horrible split ins but when they're cut I'll end up with two 14" and one 18". I am a nurse so I'm not rich. I pay entirely too much money for this hair and if you haven't purchased Indique pre-pandemic you don't have anything to compare this poor quality hair with. I need another company to purchase from so if anyone has suggestions for me please help.
