This business is absolute ridiculous. According to the reviews they are a hit or miss company. I gave them my measurements but my dress pant legs one is smaller than the other. This means only one of my legs can fit in the pants. The dress is of poor quality they just cut out a pattern and glued it onto the main dress it looks like I made the dress myself.

Here is where you will understand who you are dealing with. They are blaming me for their stitching one of my pant legs smaller than the other. They putting blame on the customer for delivering a product as not described. You have got to be kidding me how do I have a tailor here in fix my pants if you have given me less material to fix? You've already made it short to where it's irreparable. Will never buy from here again as I was looking for a website to buy many dresses from. I will also be telling my friends and family and any other online review website about this company I do not want anyone else getting jipped out by Patel businesses

I found this website while looking for desi clothes and the clothes as well as the prices seemed really resonable. I decided to order a few things from them. Big mistake my first order was a big one I spent abt $700 usd as I had a few weddings coming up. They screwed up my order so bad. Some clothes will ill-fitting and I had to get them altered, some were just plain cheap looking, and another outfit that I was supposed to wear to my sister's wedding was not even in the package! When I emailed them they verified a few times if I was telling the truth anD it really was not in the package then finally they said yes it was not made and they did not send it. I asked for a refund because it was their mistake, I was not even informed abt it! But they said they don't do refunds! And I could use that money at a later date. I just ordered a few weeks ago and spoke to someone and they told me that I would be getting a few dollars off because of all the mistakes. When I actually placed the order I was charged the same amount. I emailed them and abt the problem and they said they did not understand me. They don't understand anything abt refunds. The only thing they do understand is when it's time to charge you. I was told from the person I talked to that I already received discounts one was my money from the order I never received which was discounted and another discount I received which was one of the outfits I ordered was buy 1 get 1 free which anyone is allowed to order but according to them I got those two discounts so I could not get the one they actually told me I would get. Every person says a different thing so when you are dealing with them keep all emails and conversations, and screen shots it might help you if any probs arise. Customer service definitely sucks. As far as clothes go, some outfits were decent and then some were crap! I will not be using this website again! And advise others to be careful when using it too.

I ordered a sharara outfit from Indian Cloth Store last month and advertised outfit had red raw silk, beautiful embroidered shirt and beautiful scarf. I was excited that I was getting very good price and the customer service was helpful before ordering when I asked if they can expedite my order and send ASAP and they said yes it will be sent within 2 weeks, but when I ordered they were changed and telling oh we take our time and let you know when dispatched, now I got my order today after 5 weeks and guess what? The so called sharara was a long maxi dress with cheap net and no silk anywhere just cheapest Georgette and crunchy net with very cheap and totally different embroidery than shown in the pictures at their website. I live in Texas, US and buy outfits from local boutiques, before ordering I was thinking if their product is nice I will give my business permanently to them because I need at least 15-20 outfits per year and with good price I can save some bucks but they are very greedy people which I learned the hard way and my advise to you is buy where you see what it is and save your money because mine is completely wasted. I advise you to stay away from these people.

I've used indianclothstore.com for ordering quite a few things now. Delivery times are normal and quality of the ordered clothes have always been good.

I have ordered 2 salwar suits which is totally opposite to the pictures shown in their website.
Very bad stuff, in picture they show net cloth and in actual its not net.
They put embroidery patches on cloths not actually embroidery, which is not neat and clean.
I have snaps of both salwar kameez what they have on their website and what I received.
Now I am emailing them from last 3 days for return process and they are not replying.

I ordered one anarkali from this site. I was expecting a little bit difference from the given image. But to my surprise it was perfectly same. And also they told that delivery time after 26th. But i got it on 22nd jan itself. A perfect site for shopping online. :)
