I have order plant for my brother birthday 10 days ago, they didn't deliver on same date or prior even status showed it reached the city but they didn't bother to deliver, the customer care is not reachable only email communication is possible and customer care are very rude they are not agreed to refund the money neither product.

However I filled case in consumer court against them to make sure to teach them a lesson so they wouldn't repeat the same evil mistake again

One of the best place to buy sweets, bakery product, Totally hygiene products are available there at a reasonable prices. Must Visit.

I had a very bad experience with their service. I sent the red rose and a greeting card to my husband. The flowers was so bad and dead and does not look like the photo at all.
I was expecting them to hand write or print nicely my message on the card, but the cut a small printed slip and pasted with glue in the center of old outdated card's center.
I will never recommend them to anyone. They charged you a high delivery charges and give you very bad services and bad product.

Good quality and on time delivery. They offer the yummiest chocolate cakes and fresh flowers online.

I had a very bad experience with India Gift, I will not recommend anyone from ordering from this site. They show the picture different and the cake was completely diffrent. They had put corn flakes around the cake which looked so disgusting. The flower bouquet I ordered was also not of fresh flowers, only 2 were fresh and rest were old. The order was also not given in the properly, the order was for the first floor in the building but the delivery boy called the person and asked him to take the order from ground floor. Overall I had a dissatisfied experience from India gift.com.
Don't waste your money here, go for some more money and order from good website.

I had recently ordered a combo from abroad to send to my parents in India. The flowers were fresh and the cake was absolutely perfect. Even the delivery guy was nice and asked my father to check if everything is ok. I will use it again.

I ordered Dryfruit basket and Lohri sweet items from the website.
Their website had good packaging of the items so I ordered it
But when recieved the packing was so bad.
Moreover the dryfruit had thinner like smell which was so bad.
Even their customer care is so inconsiderate. When I raised a complaint for the bad quality and smell in dryfruits they simply disagreed to cooperate and return/refund the item.
I would definitely not order anything from this website again.
They are charging more than actual price of the item and not even providing any quality/presentation of items nor even customer service.

I can't believe I paid Rs. 1040 for the service that I received from them. What looked great in the picture came looking like a cheap 300 rupees cake and instead of a proper note card, you sent it written on a piece of paper!

Also, why would a 1/2 kg cake be priced at Rs. 891 and which such a poor quality!

And then these guys added an extra 50 Rupees for the eggless part and another 90 Rupees for the delivery!
Nothing but an exploitation for the cheap quality cakes!
