I got only disappointment from IndiaCakes. Yesterday I ordered a Black Forest cake, which was supposed to be delivered on the same day, but even after 36 hours of order, it has not been delivered. I tried to know the status through chat and email, but they never responded. Still the order is showing as forwarded to vendor (proof attached) and probable date of delivery is showing as 30/08/2020, whereas today is 31/08/2020. Worst service they provide, not deserve even a single star rating.
Recently i ordered a chocolate cake from indiacakes for my friend's birthday party i must say the quality of was much good. Taste was amazing with creamy texture. Delivery was Time to time

THE COMPANY STAFF ARE CREATING FAKE IDS AND POSTING FAKE REVIEWS. I have experienced totally contradicting service. This entire month of August has been difficult due to their stupid service and fake promises.
1. Payment made on 29 July and order placed for 09 Aug, my daughter's birthday.
2. Order status is the same since 07 Aug until this day (copy attached for review).
3. On 07 Aug I tried to reach indiacake, none of my calls were answered.
4. On 08 Aug 2020 I sent them email (copy attached herewith)
5. The cake was never delivered and calls were never answered.
6. On 27 Aug I decided to contact indiacake for a new order to see their reaction.
7. I knew it! They promptly replied to my messages and also answered my call to get a new order.
8. So this is their method, once payment is made and order placed, then they vanish in thin air.
9. Further to my call on 27 Aug and my review in google, they arranged a vendor to deliver the cake today 29 Aug.
10. The vendor told me he was only informed just today about the order.
FRIENDS! PLEASE DO NOT GET CHEATED AND ALLOW INDIACAKES TO RUIN OCCASIONS just as they did to me.

Its been 3 months already still I am fighting for my refund. Don't fall in this online trap they are looting the customers amount and in return you will affect by their behavior. In online chat once they come to know about the refund they would stopped replying you and same from the mail communication. This is the biggest scam please be aware of that.

I had ordered cake 4 days before the delivery date. But post the time only they responded as no service for that area. So I asked for the refund and send many mails and also try to reach customer care but there has no response even today. To its more than 15th day but still not getting any update from them. It has totally frasturated than ever.
We have ordered my cake, the site promised for the same day delivery, the time had already passed but we didn't receive cake and no information as well

FULL TIME BEGGARS!
Wish I could give negative stars! Never had such a worst experience ever! My order dated 11 July never got delivered. The coolest ****** customer care executive picks your call up, doesn't even speak and continues to type some nonsense in their computer! I just kept on screaming yet received no answer! 700 bucks went for a toss!
