I have ordered birthday cake with indiacakes.com, they promised me will deliver on time 11:55 PM., then I trusted them.
But till now it didn't happens, After that I mailed to concern team, nobody responded.
After that I have mailed to CEO, and concern team, till now no mail & no call.
This is the experience I have faced with indiacakes.com
All are false promises- but they don't deliver on time, there is no tracking system, where exactly our product located.

Ordered cake for my mother's birthday and they confirmed delivery and payment receipt by email and over phone... However they never bothered to deliver nor bothered about informing the same. However on repeated follow up they forwarded an email asking for additional delivery charges which is totally contrary to the promise made and as they announced on the website...
On my refusal to pay additional payment the customer care stopped picking my calls and after a week's followup from various numbers they sent a refund coupon asking to order after few months.
Please beware and it's fraud and all the positive comments are using fraud promotion agencies...
Think before ordering with this website, if you don't want to be embarrassed or cheated.

This stupid website is only making fool out of people and stealing their hard earned money.
I made an order on 14th Oct for my Mom's birthday and this site promised to deliver the sameday but there is not even a single response from their side if they are gonna deliver or even fail to deliver. I myself called their support team to ask about the order and what they say is you will get your money in 21 working days. I mean how reckless they can be! And their call representative just muted her phone and shouted that you will have to wait for 21 days and I will not initiate the payment today.
Never gonna order from this site in my life again. Its better to not involve with these kind of fake websites who are only looting people.
Worst experience ever!
Delivery was quite fast with proper handling of cake to the door step in very reasonable price. Highly preferable to all who wants to send gifts at far than you.
I have experience of many month about India cakes. Their product is so good and delivery timing is awesome. I will rate 4 out of 5.
