With all the comment and crooks around, it's nice to finally find a credible trading source. They always pay on time, they never have any popup fees or commissions, and their rates are very fair. Could do better on their margins, but they're not bad.
Overall I'm satisfied. I was worried that this site was going to be a scam like many others on the internet, but so far everything has been very straightforward. I just wish they would change their support hours because they're very in sync with Europe but a bit less with Australia...
Definitely the most comprehensive daily market review available online. I'm not sure I'd recommend it to new traders since it takes a while to get the gist but for me it's a great website. Really liked their mobile app. Very easy to use.
What I really like about them is that they don't try to sell you all these shady new cryptos which fall after a few days. Show they really care about your success and are not just looking for an easy way to make money.
The index-review platform migrated or upgraded to the "tradeowls" platform. They are the same people that converted my deposits into bonuses. According to their terms and conditions, you may not withdraw funds that were earned as bonuses. Tradeowls e-mail platform for queries, support or marketing also fails to send any messages. They trade on your behalf without communicating and then suddenly show a huge loss due to their mismanagement. They then ask for more money as securities and then your lost funds are recovered as bonuses which you cannot withdraw.
They are apparently based in the UK. Can anyone help me to submit a criminal charge?

If you're planning on trading with them DO NOT! I started trading with them everything was okay they even got me a bonus. However I got busy with two jobs and uni and couldn't trade anymore so I decided to withdrawal my money. A whole month has gone by and they haven't done anything. First they Ptolemy my account manager has to approve to there's delays to withdrawals and now they're saying since I've got a bonus to my account I have to trade more. All I want is my money as I don't have time to trade. I have opened a investigation with my bank and will take this further.
There smart with it and tell you you cant get your money back if you go through the bank but they're a loop holes and ill get my money back one way or another. Don't waste your money with them trade elsewhere
They got some really cool features you can access even if you don't take one of the expensive accounts. Also, check out their app coz it's really user friendly.
Make sure you end up on the legit platform. We were scammed and lost 250$ R3500 at that time. The account is now lost and the money gone. Advertisement was under David Richman videos wich we later descovered was also just a hired actor and not the real David Richman. Google David Richman scams and get the whole story. I was a victim of that scam.
Trust me, this isn't like all these other companies. No harassing phone calls, no hidden commissions, no surprises when you want to withdraw. Highly recommended.

OK, not a scam site, that I can tell you for sure. I just got my first withdrawal, 6 days after I requested it, and all is fine.
By far better than working with a private broker, finally a trading company with normal working hours and real people answering the phone. Wish their website was a bit more tablet friendly though.

To be honest, I almost gave up on this site with the enrollment process and all that KYC stuff you have to fill in. Good thing I didn't though because it's got everything you need to trade decently.
