I have attempted to redeem, on 2 seperate occasions, a total of 2-$15 virtual gift cards that have been thusfar, useless and unredeemable. Leaving me out $30and countless hours of time spent to earn.

I received my Amazon code and it was mostly asterisks and not numbers or letters, why is everything you touch garbage

Will be much better if the cash out time period was shorter and also had more options to choose how to cash out as in like straight directly to one's online bank account like cash app PayPal or chime

Can't use the gift card anywhere, this is horrible. I need a different type of card, one I can use in store.

You guys make it so good dam hard to use my gift card that I have not been able to use you guys suck

It's an okay app just fails more than 80 % for example my profits are 50 dollars instead of 90 dollars. I hope it gets more practical overall a great platform on free time

I enjoy playing different games and earning money but I hate how it take soo long to receive funds. Also I hate the 30 day wait for reward completion

Took 10 days normally takes 2 days and i reached out to customer service multiple times and never received a response at all

Was enjoying app but then it just shut me out no reason why. I was getting surveys and finishing them and got some gift card but it all came to an end

Here's a helpful heads up for anyone who uses InboxDollars. If you are taken to a survey where you have to watch a full episode of a new potential TV show called DMV, don't waste your time. I watched the entire episode and answered all of the questions about it. Upon completing the survey the message displayed that they found a better survey for me and I got nothing. What a waste of time. Don't waste your time with that survey.

1-16-25 I contacted Inbox Dollars and they awarded me the amount I should have received. But still be careful.

It literally took 9 days and that just felt a little ridiculous. I could have understood it taking that much time if they had to issue some sort of redemption code, but they deposited the money directly to my PayPal and it still took the full 9 days.

I won a virtual mastercard gift card and when I finally got it loaded into my wallet I have still not been able to use the card to make a purchase. I tried at Walmart and online through Temu. Very disappointed. I have won before and had it go to my pay pal account and it worked just fine. However now I no longer have a pay pal account.

None of the loyalty card codes are able to be used. Also my $10 prepaid Mastercard said I received it in my balance, but it declined...

I couldn't get my card. I had to change my password then I couldn't even get in to get it. This is ridiculous. The process needs to be easier. Every time I have tried to cash in has been taken multiple attempts but this is the worst.
