This website has many things available on it, the surveys mostly kick you out after answering questions for about five minutes, and those are the ones they recommend for you! The games are ridiculously stupid, they say you can earn $300 from playing a game for 14 days, then they say you have to reach some idiotic level like 500 or so and you have to buy some nonsense while in the game. My good HONKS. Then there are the offers they give you, most of them require you purchasing things too.

I've had the pleasure of being a member of InboxDollars probably for about a year. I have cashed out several times, they really do PayPal you real cash. I'm not sure about the gift cards but I heard those are pretty great too. If you're looking for a place to earn money on the side doing surveys this is it. Thank you inbox

I cashed out 30$ to a prepaid Mastercard, got the email with the code to redeem 2 days later, however an error came up to call customer service, which I did, and could not be helped because I could not provide the "sponsoring company" I read the entire summary of prepaid MC to the rep, but nothing matched. He instructed me to contact inbox dollars, which there is no phone number only an email that takes up to 30 days to reply. A previous attempted contact to inbox dollars customer service email yielded in an automated response 3 weeks later, to wait for a real response for another 30 days. Very frustrating to say the least

I got enough for my first cash out reward at inbox dollars so I got the Amex 15$ virtual gift card "that is excepted basically everywhere" which is the furthest thing from the truth. I tried using at more websites then I can remember, trying different amounts factoring taxes etc, nothing worked I'm hoping to sell it for a lesser value. Hopefully the MasterCard version is better then Amex

I have cashed out on inboxdollars twice so far and it's quite easy doing surveys and downloading apps for higher amounts. I will say that miss cashing out with all my money instead of $10, $15, $25, etc. I miss having $36.57 (This is random amount) and cashing out all of it. But other than that I enjoyed using it and will continue to use it too. It helped with Christmas funds too so I'm grateful to have a site like inboxdollars around.

As a member of Inbox Dollars since 2002, I've had no issues up until it was recently acquired by another company. All website/app support is now automated. All answers that I've received concerning not getting paid for downloading and reaching the required levels, are automated responses that have nothing to do with my original question. I've attached proof of downloads and earnings reports, yet get the same automated response, "We want to bring your attention to an exciting update. Here's how you can access the offer details...Thanks for being part of our community. We'll keep giving you great offers and services."

Based upon lack of valid support, I feel this company has turned into a scam and most of their reviews are from employees and their families.

I love how much money i save with inbox dollar it is quite simple to do. The problem is getting the cash outs. I have always waited until i get $100 to redeem them. I have now redeemed 3 times and always have to follow up with an email. Unfortunately there is no clear way any more to send a message so I have been waiting now to receive my 2 $100 amazon gift cards/ if the redeem process was better I would recommend this site over any other coupon site but redeeming is a job in itself.

When I have had a discrephency over an incentive they have come through for me. Not the easiest system by far but I manage to get it done with some patience.

I am highly disappointed in inbox dollars...I cashed out several rewards and only received the lowest amount for Amazon every thing else says pending...the one I got I redeemed two days later and was the lowest.

The overall program is getting better at the various ways to make money. The app isn't showing my earnings and doesn't allow me to upload receipts or take surveys. Most of the time it won't even sign in, saying connectivity issues

Inbox dollars has been a life saver throughout the years. With helping me get birthday presents for my kids or just getting that item you really really want. This site is the best I have ever used to make money online. From games to surveys, there is always some extra cash to be made. I have never had a problem cashing out either. I would say that over the last year or so I have cashed out about $200. Thank you Inboxdollars!

So far they aren't keeping up with my progress at all. As far as gaming & surveys go, be vary wary & read every single thing very carefully before you download or commit to it on this or any site! To answer a survey for a very minimal $ amount they wanted very personal info up to & including my Social Security Number! Thank God I caught that first! On another instance a seemingly harmless game wanted to have access & permission to my SIM card in my phone to he able to change whatever they wanted! Absolutely Not! I'm not one to go through small print normally but I'm so grateful I did! Quite frankly I'm beginning to think this is a political information gathering site. They waste your time getting as much info as possible then say oh this survey isn't right for you! What a scam! All I know is, I want my money for completing the tasks in the game I signed up for to begin with!

I've been an inbox dollars member around 4 years now. I've have had nothing but a great experience with them. Their customer service is outstanding and the correspondence is through email. I recommend them 100%. They offer a large variety of ways to earn money from offers like games shopping receipts bingo board etc. They have an active and engaging social media presence. Also they offer multiple ways to casout your earnings from gift cards to paypal.

Sometimes the surveys can be time consuming but between then and the offers you can make cash! I cashed out 30 dollars by signing up for an offer from Acorns. Money went right into my PayPal. It was awesome!
