Found imprintitems.com late one day last month when my normal swag guy was closed already at 4pm eastern time
Not only did imprintitems answer
They stayed late until nearly 7 pm there time
The got my rush order processed right away for us. They also sent us a mock up 5 minutes after we ordered and revised it twice while I was on the phone
I miss that midwestern service & am glad to have found them

Was told they wouldn't ship an item without a wire transfer. I then told them they could make the shipping & billing address the same & I would just forward it myself, as any prepaid wire transfer requirement is likely a scam with no backing from Visa's fraud dept. Didn't hear back from them for 5 days, so I called the number listed. They (being the owner Jon R VanBuren) continued to refuse to ship the product, and yet refused to provide a reason...I can only conclude the business is a scam. Oh, and he was unbelievably rude, which doesn't necessarily make a business bad...unless that employee also happens to be the owner.

They got me costs a mock up and processed order 9 hrs before other companies even replied to inquiry
