Take a picnic, you'll need one. Lots of laddish types selling cars, very quick at accosting us as we walked in but then everything has to be checked or run past a manager, so everything takes an age. Took nearly 10 minutes just to check stock - did it in 30 seconds on my phone whilst waiting. Seem more interested in playing up for each other than customers, or they wouldn't keep singing, shouting, laughing at each other whilst keeping us waiting. Clearly someone needs to teach them about customer service and how keeping people waiting or engaged with irrelevant chat isn't going to help them sell stuff.
