Boight subscriptio of AnyUnlock. Software did not work at all for any of phone i tried.
Asked to refund, did not get any response rather ticket was closed without responding.
An absolute rip off.
After many failed attempts with all methods I can find, finally, AnyTrans is the one that saved my life. Now all my WhatsApp chats and pictures on Samsung S10 are moved to my new iPhone 13.
Purchased a $60.00 subscription for a personal license of a software that doesn't work, even though I followed every step they list. Everything looks pretty legit, and if you do a quick google search you can find some good reviews, but after doing a more thorough research (something I didn't made at the moment bc I was desperate for a solution of losing some info from my iPhone, and they freaking know that!) turns out most (if not all) reviews are fake. I was out 60 bucks, tried to ask for a refund, the "costumer service" answered me A MONTH LATER, telling they didn't see any problem with my software (and that they wipe their $#*! with my refund request), so I gave up on that and moved on, I tried to cancel the subscription, but there's nowhere in the webpage remotely related to that, instead you need to fill a "contact me" box with your info (mail and activation code), and hope they have mercy on you and deactivate your subscription, but that never happens. I forgot about that, and one year later turns out I didn't know I singed up for an "automatic renewal", so they charged me again, and I was really pissed this time, but there's virtually nothing to do about it other than cancel your card and $#*!ting on them wherever you can to prevent another poor bastard from being scammed by these lowlifes.
Its a virus, downloaded this to clear storage off my phone and now its been stuck at the starting up screen.
Copying 500+ photos from iPhone X to the computer at one time was fast. Also, I like the UI design, it's very impressive and easy to understand.
I emailed them and didn't get any response back in regards to my refund... still waiting for someone to respond...
I cannot believe this company hasn't been shut down, and that their fake reviews are still the majority of what you will initially find when doing a quick search. DO NOT buy from them. So, You purchase the software online from imobie, then "Paddle" is who charges you $60 for two emails that do not contain clear installation instructions, and a fake license key. They tell you that your password is your email. It's not. You write them an email. You write them ten emails. Each email is promptly responded to by a person who is *just* coherent and apologetic enough to convince you that even though it is a different rep every email, it's not a bot. (It definitely isn't Jen or Carl or John, though, just in case you're wondering)
So "Paddle" let's you know that their stupid rep is super sorry that their merchant messed up, and that they have blind carbon copied this email to the merchant, and the merchant is going to get in touch with you any time. So that. Ones on for six months of your year long $60 subscription. Then one day you freak out and send like, 900 emails, and Sarah and Bill and Christy and James are all really super sorry and they all blind carbon copy the crap out of your emails, but dang it, imobie just doesn't even give a peep of attention. So then you offer to assist "Paddle" in gaining their attention and you ask for their super secret contact info. Paddle happily sends you a link that your virus protection software identifies as a highly dangerous identity theft virus. So you screenshot that and send it back to paddle. They are super concerned and blind carbon copy imobie right away to figure out what's up.
Okay, so this goes on like this for a really long time, and my thumbs are tired. But in April, as it stands right now, I'll be getting charged another $60 for my "subscription to nothing yearly renewal" from paddle.
Don't buy this thing. And for Christ sake, report this to the BBB people, because why is this company still boldly the top hit online with good reviews? Jesus.
Bought a second-hand iPhone X but the seller didn't remove Apple ID, I knew the screen passcode only. IMobie's AnyUnlock helped me remove that. Thanks a lot!
I like AnyTrans for iOS so much because it helps me transfer many photos from iPhone to my computer. It is very fast. Deserve five stars!
Product "AnyTrans" does the transfer, but the transferred data is useless. No tech support. Do not buy this product
The iMobie AppTrans doesn't work as described on the website. The iMobie software appeared to be a complete scam.
