I bought the AnyTrans product for them, after reading their website as a tool that migrates chats from Android to iPhone seamlessly, via Google Drive. They offered guarantee of money back. After two weeks trying to use the tool, following all instructions, it proved useless and a scam. Writing for the money back was also a waste of time; they replied fast but kept asking questions and to do things after I clearly mentioned the product did not fullfil my needs and I ended up already losing the chat history as I needed the phone asap.

DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCT!

IT DOESN'T WORK AT ALL!

THEY DON'T GIVE ANY REFUND!

I have been scammed like many others. This company uses the facade of positivity to wear the customer down, while providing next to no assistance, nor refunding money because the product and their scammy overseas lame jackassery fully SUCKS. You guys are bowel cancer...and like clockwork I receive this seemingly formal reply "We are so sorry...etc." The company's help page w chat does not work, and the website is set up to check all the boxes of appearing legit, but the function of the website is only to take your money, not to help with uninstalling this malware, nor get a refund. They state a 90 day refund policy, but whether they will allow you to upload your information, (which they don't) to get the refund, because the software does not work. This is a bad option for folks. If you go to their website, they offer everything to help a needy freaked out mac or pc user with their myriad of issues. They prey on the anxiety of needing help an unwitting person with sensitive data and fear of losing that data. The positive reviews are AI, or fake. Read past the "positives" and read the true negatives and you'll get the idea. I now have to cancel my credit card to avoid them charging my card again,( as I see others have experienced). Im not one to write long missives, but this company is a scam. Upon searching the company profile, its an fraudulent offshore Chinese company in Chengdu, China, with 1 employee named Frank Kong (seems like a fake name doesn'T it?). Don't be an idiot like me.

The product gave me a sense that it could rescue my contacts but it did not restore anything, I asked for a refund but never even heard back. Don't waste your money.

Dont buy this product they will try not to give you a refund and it doesnt unlock your device complete scam

Plus you get late response when trying to get help. If you are smart you will look past this application

I bought phonerescue from them and the support I received to get it to work was ZERO. It's a buggy software that also causes system issues and it requires you to root(they suggest using other scammy harmful apps for this step as well). It's a waste of time. And then I opened a ticket to refund which has been pending for the last 5 days. I don't think I am getting back my money.

My lifetime license is not honored! I purchased a lifetime license of the AnyTrans app for Mac, which has since become AnyDroid.

I just changed computers and my license number no longer works, so it should be replaced.
For 2 months I have been asking for a new license number, after 6 emails or tickets triggered by iMobie, NO RESPONSE received, complete silence, as if I did not exist. So no respect for the customer.

I feel ripped off and I'm very angry the only advice I can give is: don't buy anything from iMobie, it's a bad company.

I bought products, I didn't receive my activation code, sent many messages to fix it but no one answered. I requested a refund, the page has a problem...weird.

They robbed me of over £50. They sell software that does not work with new phones, which they do not inform about. The money cannot be recovered, PayPay cooperates with these thieves. Stay away from them, they are a bunch of cheaters and liars. Report the site as a scam.

Bad experience, bad quality, bad support no any ticket answer.
Bought anydroid to backup a phone despite following all advises and thorough rehearsals no connection were possible.
Asked for a refund and no answer.
Better try another solution...

Scam stay away. They will try to steal your money and they never respond after your purchase. They sent me fake codes that didn't work. And never responded to any email or Facebook message. YOU HAVE BERN WARNED

I bought Droidkit to download call logs and text.
But I couldn't download the call logs, so I contacted the support center.
At first, they replied to me with some ideas for solving a problem, but still I couldn't...
So I sent an E-mail again, then no reply.
I used another app(a different company) and got all the call logs.
So I wanted them to refund me.
But they didn't let me submit a refund request that day.
So I sent an E-mail to the support center to explain that.
Still no reply, and still not letting me send a refund request.
Now I feel they scammed me...

The app for resetting/recovering an IPHONE doesnt not work on IPHONE 14 PRO MAX. They are very quick to refund money possibly because they know that their software is hit and miss. The wording of their emails, grammatical errors show that this is some two-bit company making quick money.

I forgot my Samsung lock screen password. A friend recommended DroidKit to me and it quickly unlocked it.

They give 60 days money refund guiranty and their refund request form doesnt work.not recommended. This kind of companies make internet an untrustworthy place to do business.

I was trying to solve a crisis and this thing billed every 90 days. Very subtle. But in this world of scams for profit, find another way to solve your problem. It didn't even do that for me!

Using AnyTrans for a while, it offers various useful functions, the main for me being the extraction of text from your iPhone or iPad. Imagine that you need to keep some nasty texts that someone sent you. This product can help you do this by easily allowing access via the backup.

There instructions are outdated and after you follow the steps the software does nothing. The support sucks and they refuse to allow you to get a refund without closing their ticket which they won't let you close.

I bought Apptrans lincence, but never send the activation code.
Not answer the contact form, via email, or livechat(not live), or support ticket or my request refund.
But this stu*id imobie it doesn't suck.
