Absolute amateurs and very unprofessional. Booked, paid and confirmed an act (a comedian to do a roast), which required preparation time, months in advance only for them to change THE NIGHT BEFORE and try and offer me a completely different act (a hypnotist) who by his own admission was not suitable but could "have a go", all without any preparation. Obviously not suitable and I didn't want us and the hypnotist to waste our time and now they refuse to refund me. If you go to hospital for heart surgery and at the last minute they say that the surgeon can't make it but the janitor will "have a go" would you say yes? Not only did they ruin the night and leave no time for us to sort an alternative they are trying to say they fulfilled their contract. I say again - amateurs. Please avoid. IM entertained - expect a letter from the SC Court; businesses like yours don't deserve to exist. I wonder how many other people you have scammed.
Sunday we had champagne high tea at the hotel - omg it was beautiful - such a shame we couldn't eat more definitely value for money. I am thinking of hiring my services out for free to organise hen weekends and booking it through IM-Entertained.

We stayed 2 days there. A lovely hotel with excellent polite staff. We visited the ice bar Friday night and even managed to get into the earlier session which made the evening longer. Saturday was our main day and we started off in the steam room and jacuzzi followed by a dirty dancing class. Though we had great nights there and will def use again for any kind of party.

I just wanted to write to thank you for being a cracking company that offers so many weird and wonderful services that have set me right for birthday parties and hen parties for the past 2 years. Plus, thank you so much for such a special hen party you organized for us, I am seriously impressed. You haven't failed me yet. You are cracking!

Sent us the wrong stripper (really old unattractive man) paid money £125 for full choreographed routine, props, 20-25 minutes performance and pictures with performer. Instead the performer sat on the hens lap for all of 5 minutes with no props or routine! Very uncomfortable to watch and even more so uncomfortable for hen... Company refuse to talk about matters on phone or offer goodwill... completely ruined our night. Be wary they do not send the strippers that they attach in pictures!

IM-Entertained is an awesome company providing all type of Entertaining services from stage performance to high class party. It is my first point of call for stage do, especially for Life Drawing.
