I have to say that services at IM-Entertained is absolutely brilliant. I am so glad my daughter suggested coming to you, and I am sure I will be back for more, especially with some of the quirky fun things you will have for Christmas!
I specifically ordered an entertainer dressed as a gorilla as it had been a long standing joke between the hen and I. However after taking all the money he showed up dressed as a sailor, with no prior warning. To what I had specifically asked for, and what was advertised as a 20-30 min performance lasted for just over 5 mins. When I questioned him he showed me his confirmation email, sent to him by IM Entertainment and they had not specified a dress code to him, despite me specifically asking for one. The hen was upset and it ruined the whole night. IM Entertainment responded to my complaint saying "we only give refunds if they don't show up". My advice is if you are looking for something specific AVOID because they will not honour requests but are more than happy to take your money. They also get you to call the venue to confirm your attendance. Only when I phoned they did not know anything about the booking so had to arrange times myself anyway, so they didn't even honour that promise to sort that. Total waste of money!
