Awful customer service. Got completely messed around. One butler didn't bother to show up. The one that dos show up forgot his apron so wore boxers. He stunk of BO and was completely covered in oil to the point he stained some of our parties clothes. Customer service are now ignoring me with regards to getting a refund for the service that I didn't get and also the poor quality of the service that I did get. Not worth the money at all. Don't risk it with this dodgy company!
