We had a super weekend and I will definitely be returning to IM-Entertained. I am sure I am not the only one of our party who feels this way. We could not have asked for anything more. Thank you and all the staff for such a fantastic experience.
I have never witnessed before was the brilliant staff in both the restaurants and bars – they were so helpful and patient. Housekeeping were brilliant. The reception staff were so polite and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed ourselves.
Thanks for the cheerful strippers, the prompt and fast search of venue, the good value of services and even the extra sweetie communication.

Where to start?
1) The bar they supposedly arranged knew nothing about the stripper booking and were less than pleased with the company
2) Stripper arrived over an hour late, told me he was "knackered" and didn't have a body anything like the pictures on the website
3) Asked for a Headmaster's outfit, got an army outfit instead
Apparently they can't do anything about it as I complained 7 days later. Thanks a lot.

Hi Deb, as we deal with a substantial amount of bookings it can be difficult sometimes to recall all our bookings after 7 days so we have a standard protocol. With regards to the service we do apologise with a few issues stated but we always look for ways to improve.
