I have loved my experience at ILKB. I started with the 6-week challenge last summer and quickly realized I'd found my people. From the fantastic instructors to the welcoming members, this community is committed to leaving it all on the mat. I fell in LOVE with kickboxing from the first jab cross punches! The workouts are fun and challenging. I felt the adrenaline pumping and as the stress exits my body! I highly recommend that you give it a try and you will get hooked too!

A fabulous space and team - the facilities are clean and inviting with a great sound system for music, and all of the classes are accessible to all levels of fitness! Whether it's your first time working out in a decade or you're a fitness enthusiast, you'll get a great workout, make progress in your health journey and have FUN doing it. I bought myself a gift and took kickboxing lessons. I used a promotion they had at that time and paid $40 for five lessons. Originally this package was priced at $150. That was a great deal, otherwise, I think that I wouldn't pay that much just to see if I am into this.
I have never taken kickboxing classes before, but I was always interested in it.
I am glad I finally gave it a chance and must admit that now I'm fully onboard with it. It's always better to start and continue training in a team and with professionals. However, if you don't have a team close to you, you can take their 3 or 5 lessons and they will teach you about the basics and you can continue training on your own.

I started the 6 week challenge back in May 2023. I have never been one to join organized fitness classes but took the giant leap. The first week was tough but I pushed myself. I came back the second week stronger and kept going. I started to really enjoy the classes so much that after the 6 weeks, I signed up for a membership. Going from wow this is tough to I can't wait to keep coming back for more. I lost 11lb within the 6 week challenge. The instructors are so helpful. I am so happy that I found the I Love Kickboxing community. I highly encourage getting started and give it more than a week.

I joined this amazing group back in Sept 2018 when they first open their doors. Best decision I have ever made. The trainers are so wonderful, understanding, knowledgeable in their craft and of course fun! The new friendships I have made all while getting healthy and fit. If you are not sure, they have a great trial. Which gets you a pair of gloves and 3 classes, this allows you to see and try if it's right for you. As for me I was sold after my first class and have never looked back. Cause I like seeing the 30 pounds I've lost in my past.

I enjoy working out here because the instructors are bad $#*!! They push you and make sure you're putting 100% effort in for the full hour class. They offer many classes throughout the day and are open 7 days a week! Gym is always clean as well as the locker room!

I love kickboxing has been a lifesaver for me. I was inspired by the six week challenge and decided to give it a shot. Jamie was such an amazing person to meet when I got there. She gave me tons of wonderful information and encouraged me to go for it because there would be accountability coaching nutrition information and weekly Wayans and goals that had to be met. I signed up and I've never looked back. I've lost weight and inches and I feel better than I have felt in a really long time. I needed this change and I love the classes! Every class is different, All of the coaches are awesome and I feel so much stronger now that I have pushed myself to be more than I ever thought I could be. Go for it you will not be disappointed! The staff there feel more like family. I am forever grateful

ILoveKickboxing changed my life. I could never get motivated to exercise regularly, I'd start something and stick with it for maybe 3 days then stop. Since starting at iLoveKickboxing I am looking forward to every workout and am trying to find time to go EVERY single day of the week. No matter what you say they won't stop pushing membership, classes, and other stuff to buy from them. Other places will just let you exist, but this place cares more about your money than you.

It seems Ilovekickboxing has a problem with franchises closing and membership fees not being refunded.

We've experienced this when the Kanata, Ontario franchise closed.
Ilovekickboxing was selling one year memberships up until they day they closed.
When the closed, the locked the doors and sent out a notice via facebook.
That was it.

Refunds are supposed to be handled through the head office in New York, but it's been six weeks and I have yet to have any direct communication through that office. They do not respond to phone calls or emails.

I would advise anyone thinking of signing up to pay week by week rather than getting a yearly membership.
