I had a wonderful time in Saudi Arabia with I Link Tours. I went to their tour this past May/June for the first 7 days of Ramadan for Umrah, a total of 10 days. We stayed in Medina and Mecca. The way the trip was flawlessly planned made the experience very enjoyable. The accommodations were close to the masjids and were very relaxed. Instructions of the crowd leaders were understandable. They went out of their method to put up any need, clearly within motivation. I would take a trip with them again, Insha Allah.
I purchased 5 tickets from NWK to DUBAI in early March. Due to COVID-19 issue, I requested refund of the tickets around end of May. Airline refunded the tickets but travel agency did not refund the whole amount and kept $166.59.
Initially they told that agency did not keep it, it is the credit card company who kept. I never heard about this before but none the less, i called credit card company and they said they did not keep it.
After 2/3 calls to ilink tours, they admitted keeping $166.59 but said that they are keeping $25.00 per person as service charges which they never conveyed when I did the booking.
On top of that, they have not refunded me the remaining amount of $40+ yet.
I am writing this review upon the superb organization of I Link Tours during hajj 2016. All the services as well as transportation, food, and hotel accommodations ilinktours.com offers were AMAZING and the officers and employees were outstanding.
Link Tours did an amazing job in getting our packages for Umrah a great success... you couldn't be more happier with their service. This company deserves a 10 star...
I performed Hajj 2016 with my whole family with I Link Tours. One think I would like to mention that I was my first ever Hajj in life, even though my ill mother with me and I was quite confused before Hajj that how I would manage things, but Alhumdullah having I Link Tours, I couldnt face any trouble throughout the journey. Once again think to provide us such a remarkable service.
I was scared to go to Umrah in Ramadan Last Year 2016 with ILink Tours for the last 3 consecutive years with same travel operators to perform Umrah in Ramadan and I am finding ILink Tours services against Ramadan Umrah each year was better than the last year.
I could not possibly thank this I Link Tours give enough services for the superb trip. They give us very superb services on our trip to Umrah in Ramadan.
