My experience was terrible, and it cost's money to find a job
I absolutely loved the jobs I was finding on iHire. I actually have a phone interview tomorrow, so I'm hoping this all works out. I would have stayed but I just feel the $35/mo charge is a little high.
Do not like that a job is half way presented and if you are interested, you cannot continue to view the job unless you pay the $1 for premium package.

I give information on jobs you post with no feedback! H. R. Dept in most of the USA are poor to communicate, lazy & discriminatory. So far your service is a waste of time.

Completed an application but heard nothing further, even whether it had been submitted. You suggest following up after a week, but I can't do that since it was submitted through you and I do not have the employer's contact information.
After posting our Nuclear Medicine Technologist on our website with no luck, I decided to give IHire a try. As soon as the posting went "live" we were flooded with qualified candidates! There were so many, the hiring manager had to put them in groups of 4 with 3-4 excellent candidates in each group! We started with the ones who lived closest to the area first.

Haven't found anything that's reasonably paid for full-time With my experience
Not a sigle candidate that applied had the background in UV. I stopped the ad and posted another one for Pressman Assistant yesterday, so far no candidate with the experience needed.
I think by you sending names of people with poor or no qualifications you think you are doing your job. Even at that, the number of applicants was poor.
Your job is to go find them. I don't believe you are doing that

I did use iHireQA technologies some. I found the site quite useful. One of the things I liked about the site was the Resume match feature. Since I just landed a position, I have decided to cancel my membership for now, since I am not using the site so much but instead concentrating on preparing myself for the new position. I will probably join iHireQA later if I am again in the market.
