The technician Cyrus was so calm, competent and thorough. Within 10 minutes he had fixed all my problems and even made more storage for me and other suggestions of things I needed or didn't need on my computer. It was miraculous and such a gift! I would use ifixo over and over and recommend them to anyone who has any technical difficulties WHATSOEVER.
