The technician Cyrus was so calm, competent and thorough. Within 10 minutes he had fixed all my problems and even made more storage for me and other suggestions of things I needed or didn't need on my computer. It was miraculous and such a gift! I would use ifixo over and over and recommend them to anyone who has any technical difficulties WHATSOEVER. Nothing is too small or insignificant that you should feel you can't ask for help and get it fixed. I feel so safe now and with a faster running, cleaner and PROTECTED COMPUTER. THANK YOU CYRUS!
A few days back I received an anonymous call from a company that I had never heard of before – iFixotech support– enquiring about the health of my Laptop. I actually was having problems with it, opening the wide variety of Media Files that I had collected over a period of time. Plus, my Laptop was really really slow and was getting an alarming number of Pop-ups …. Very disturbing. The technician asked to be connected to my Laptop via some remote access tool that he wanted me to download. Didn't want to agree to that at first, but I did get convinced and gave him access. He listened to all my problems and pointed out a few more issues on my Laptop that I wasn't even aware of! Apparently my Anti-Virus had expired too! To cut a long story short, I watched this technician work on my Laptop for over an hour and now my Laptop is a pleasure to operate! The Technician even called back the next day to install some more codecs that I needed. Naturally, I have signed up with them for a One Year Remote Tech Support! Certainly worth it because that Annual Subscription costs just a little bit more than what my local technician charges for one Fix! And, no, they are not one of those Scam Companies that you hear about so often!
So I am giving a 5 star to iFixo ratings.
